I have been going to this clinic for almost 20 years. I’ve only had a problem once, many years ago, with a former nurse there....Until now! At my last visit the blonde up front got frustrated with me while I was asking questions. She then acted as if there was a problem with me picking up samples they had for me...I asked what the problem was. And she talked kinda of down to me. By this time I was getting upset. She was rude to me to begin with whether anyone understood what was going on or not!! Well she “reported me” like I was a child and yes, they called me into the office to talk to me about it. I am 68 years old, and I felt very small this day. Of course it was “my fault” this altercation happened they say. Well, I will not be disrespected either. I try to be nice to all. I am not perfect and I have my bad days also. Why am I writing this? To say thank you for many years of taking care of my needs first off. But I do not appreciate what took place with this visit. For the most part, this is a great small town clinic and I really enjoy most of the people there. I do miss Dr. Mac not being there, he took good care of me. Lauren is also awesome along with many more!
