He has been the best dentist ever. I need to set an appointment with him soon. Number 1 dentist in my book.

Great dentist with excellent staff. I have been seeing Dr McGraw for years and have always been treated with kindness and respect.

Great Dentist, Fair Prices, Just a rude office Manager. Makes excuses about why they can't keep track of appointments. They had to call me and verify if I had an appointment that they setup a couple of weeks before.. She needs to learn how to read the appointment book... They ask the same questions over and over beacuse they don"t write thing down where they can find them.. They really need to computerize their records... She complained to me it's their business and don't have too. She also insulted me about not having insurance when I paid with a check. Great Dentist... Rude office manager!!!!! I recently started going to a new dentist. Lance A.Mcgraw in Beebe Ar. From the prices to the staff they are truly incredible. Small town vibe with the newest technology. I'm very pleased with the care I receive. As far as the other reviews your in their house play by their rules. "RUDE" staff is the last thing you should be talking about. Excellent care and excellent clinic! Have had issues with other practices in the past but never anything but the best from Dr McGraw and his staff!

We have been patients with Dr. McGraw for 15+ years now and have always received great service at very reasonable prices. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, they are awesome!!

While most of the staff seemed friendly the receptionist lied straight to my face and said I had used all my Delta dental credits, ( which they supposedly all used when they did ONE ex-ray) and that beacuse of that I wouldn't be able to come back. (Which was a total bold faced lie told to me by the RECEPTIONIST). It's well know in this town that Mc Graw is money hungry and treats clients based on appearance and status, (ex: if you look well to do come on in! Oh you have a disability, well I guess we'll just clean out your bank account for one appointment and then tell you there's nothing we can do for you!) race and those whom don't fit those groups in their eyes are lied to, cheated out of money, left in pain because for some reason extremely dangerous absesses aren't a good enough reason to actually do there jobs and fix it. Horrible place that will break the bank or leave you feeling inferior. Saved some money and dignity go somewhere else.
