I really like Dr. Santoso. She takes her time explaining everything, I never feel rushed, and the front office staff is awesome!

Dr. Santoso is very professional and kind. She was always very patient with me as mother and also with my children.Dr. Santoso would answer all and any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and has great sense of humor. My children have grown up and we still speak of her fondly. She is a good doctor and great person.

Doctor Santoso is absolutely the best, she has been in my family for over 14 yrs and we love her, she is caring and very professional. I don't understand some of the comments here, I have never had a bad experience with her or her staff! My advice is to experience on your own, some doctors work on a 10 min appointment but Dr Santoso always takes her time with patients and that why sometimes there is a bit of a wait or sometimes there are many sick kids she wants to take care of. That good to me!

I would never recommend Dr Santoso.. Her office is so disorganized. Waiting time is almost over an hour. The people that visit her office our mostly Spanish speaking. The doctor is always trying to force you in giving your child some vaccine to prevent cancer, which i believe that there is not enough study done on it.. Am glad i removed my kids from seeing her.

Dr. Santoso is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Her patient care is excellent. We have had the usual illnesses along with two wound-injuries that required ER visits. She saw us first, then sent us to ER and called ahead for better care. I am surprised reviewer "Loren" said the Dr does not spend any time with patients because this has NEVER been my experience in 10 yrs. She stays as long as you need. Dr now has a cell ph # to reach her after hours (no answering service)- unheard of!

Dr. Santoso is the best pediatric doctor! My son and daughter love her and us parents do too!Never felt so at ease to go to the doctor. Dr. Santoso takes the time to answer all questions no matter how dumb they are or if I asked her at our last visit. She takes the time to listen and solve the problem if there is one. She is so friendly with my children, and the Best part is she never rushes the visit! I recommend her to anyone looking for the best care for their children!

Dr Santoso is an excellent professional. She always shows interest to my two children. If I have a question or concern she knows how to help us and make us feel good. The office is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional.

I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars but that isn't an option. The staff is incompitant and never answers the phones or calls you back when you leave a message. The doctor herself does not devote time to the patients at all. The minute I find a doctor that will take my insurance I am gone!

Dr. Santoso is an exceptional Doctor. We struggled for almost a year after finding out we had a special needs son with the risk of Autism. His prior Doctor kept giving him time. Time did nothing but damage. We saw Dr. Santoso and in one visit she gave us so much information. Here, a year later our son is still under her case and has all inter entice services he needs thanks to her. She's very knowledgable and well spoke. Very kind as well.
