Was looking for a specific type of implant which they stated they had. 2 hour drive, once there, they did not have that implant but told me I had an cyst in my gum that needed removed. When I returned to have that done & after being medicated they stated I no longer had the cyst, just needed the tooth removed. They removed the tooth & raptured my sinus. Worst experience of my life. Worst recovery, entire face swollen for a week. They also left exposed bone sticking out my gum cutting into my jaw. Had to drive back two hours to have to bone cut off then wait for the gum to eventually heal /cover the bone. Horrible horrible experience !!!!! This is a scam mill! Every time I went there for teeth cleaning, they said that I had new cavaties. Drilled different teeth twice. By the third time I finally realized that it was a SCAM MILL (pretend that you have cavities to drill and make $$$)!!! I never went back. I spoke with another dentist across town and he said they are known big time SCAMMERS and not to go there for dental care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE IN THE WALL SCAM MILL!!! I needed 2 teeth fixed and when I went here he redid my whole mouth! He also told his assistant he was doing things his way as she was confused to why he was asking for certain tools. 3 weeks later all my fillings fell out and I am missing teeth on my left side and a broken tooth stick way up in my gum. I have only heard bad things about this place and to be honest any dentist in Morgantown sucks and I wouldn't trust any of them to touch my teeth.. Try clarksburg or PA! Worst dentist ever! Was told I had 6 cavities after NEVER having one before. Got 3 of them filled. Waited so long numbing wore off before she started drilling. A year later cannot eat or drink on that side of my mouth. Went to a different dentist to get the others filled. Was told I did not have cavities. And the "cavities" that were filled were also not cavities. Got a third opinion. Also told they were not cavities and repaired the teeth that were too sensitive. $1000 later for nothing. AWFUL! 2 years ago I had dentures made that included dental implants. I was told by Diane that she would reline them at no charge. I waited and the two years will be up this August . I called to make an appointment and was told that there would be a charge of over $400. I made the appointment only to call back and cancel because I found it could be done much cheaper.. All this to tell anyone that does business there to get everything in writing and keep your records where you can find them when you go to court. Diana Frum and her staff are top notch! She is very competent and truly cares. Wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else.

Dr. Frum is very heavy handed . I went end for a filling and came out with a hideous crown. I have yet to get the fillings taken care of and they are beginning to get worse and painful. To sum things up, I went in feeling great and ever since the first visit, I've been feeling pain all over. Currently looking for a better dentist.

This dentist will tell you that you need dental procedures done that will cost you so much out of pocket. I've held a grudge since 2009' when I was a single mother barely making ends meet. I was going to Dr. Frum's office and paid my deductibles and co-pays as necessary. It always seemed as though they were trying to rip my insurance company and myself off. In early November I received a letter from Dr. Frum's office telling me that I had money left for the year on my insurance that I should try to use before the end of December. I called the office and they told me that I should take advantage of getting an "intensive cleaning"... I was told it would be $80 out of pocket so I agreed. A month after the procedure, I received a bill for $500 and was told that my insurance didn't cover it. I was so angry that I called the office to advise of the situation. The lady who did the billing was completely rude and hung up on me. The next thing I know, the sheriff is knocking at my door handing me a registered letter that I need to appear in Mon. County Court. Needless to say, I couldn't use a vacation day to fight the battle and couldn't lose a day of work so I was found guilty in court. The next thing I know, they attached my wages and my kids went without. Moral of the story... These people are money hungry crooks and I tell EVERYONE I know to never go there. They are money hungry scavengers who don't give a care about their patients. I found a new dentist after that horrible experience and I am treated with respect, there are no hidden costs, and I am happy to say that my teeth are completely fixed. Go to Dr. Koon in Masontown, PA. He may not charge high prices but his bedside manner and customer service is top of the line.... Don't go to Dr. Frum they are crooks......... I would not recommend Frum Dental Arts to anyone. I have had two procedures completed over the past year that have resulted in unnecessary pain and cost for me. For example, Dr. Turner was replacing one of my fillings and after being numbed, she started to drill my tooth. After a few minutes of drilling, Dr. Turner then stopped to go and check on her other patients. Now, I understand that this needs to be done sometimes; however, she left me sitting there for so long that she had to numb my tooth again (2 needles in one visit). She also improperly completely the procedure and did not tell me important medical information about my tooth while she was completing the procedure, which has now resulted in an infection, the need for a root canal and a crown. This dental office is absolutely awful and I strongly urge you to find a different dentist! I would not recommend Frum Dental Arts to anyone. I have been taking my entire family to Dr.Frums dental office for many years. They have the best technology and friendly staff members. Dr. Frum has taken care of my teeth from fillings to crowns and Dr. Cid has completed an implant on my wife. She is now able to have the natural smile again.
