Dr. Diana Lopusny

Dr. Lopusny and her staff are phenomenal! She has been seeing our son since birth and he is in stellar health! Really grateful for the amazing care and concern that is put into every visit. The office is high traffic and popular so there is a wait. If you plan accordingly and have a bit of patience it is worth it.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Lopusny since he was born. Unfortunately he did end up having a lot of medical problems so we do not come to the office often as we need to see specialists on a regular basis. Dr. Lopusny is awesome and I like that she is knowledgeable about a more integrative approach. I felt the need to come on here and write a positive review as it is disheartening to see the bad reviews of those who are against her integrative approach. We absolutely love this practice! Dr. Casey is amazing with our children. I truly feel blessed to have doctors who care about the well-being of the whole child.

***** THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ****** You’re always gonna be waiting an hour after your appointment, if not longer to even be seen! These doctors have no clue what they’re doing: they misdiagnosed my son for months with Croup, when I kept telling them it was as asthma. I was born with asthma and so was his father. They wouldn’t listen. I called my insurance and found a asthma doctor, and asked them to please refer me. They did, and SURE ENOUGH HE HAD ASTHMA! Once he started the inhaler he was 100% better!!! They made my baby suffer for MONTHS & refused to listen to his parent. Sadly I still stuck with the practice and I regretted it. Renee Casey cleaned my sons ear wax out of his ear with a paper clip. She said it was okay because she wiped it with an alcohol wipe. I went to this office on 2 different occasions about very serious things. Allison Pearson, and Renee Casey took it as a joke. Not only is Dr. Lopusny’s bedside manner terrible, but her exams are not thorough (especially for a newborn baby). She completely missed a serious and life threatening medical condition with my 4 day old son. We switched after just 1 visit and I am so thankful that we did, his new doctor literally saved his life. If you're seeing her because you are delaying vaccines, know there are other practices in the area that don't mandate vaccines but provide better medical care. Dr Lopusny is a rarity in this world of fast paced healthcare. She takes her time to thoroughly speak with her patients and is honest and sincerely caring. She helped my child with a challenging start in life and I happily drive over an hour for our visits to see her. I recommend her practice without any reservation.

We have been going to this office for 7 years and every time had to wait for at least 30-45 minutes. Not once we were able to see a doctor right away for either sick or well visit. Dr. Lopusny is a very good doctor, but just a thought of going to the office makes us unhappy. Today we went for an ear infection check and spent 1.5 hours waiting. I understand that with Covid the situation is more difficult, but not like that. Another thing is that Dr. did not wear a mask. Not pleasant experience at all! I am so thankful for having found an AMAZING pediatrician for my son! She truly cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable and kind. My son had severe eczema since birth and she was able to find a natural way to fix it and help us discover that it was food allergies and gut related issues. I trust her opinions and feel comfortable taking my son there. Everyone in the office is so nice and accommodating.

Nice people, but I always felt like modern medecine was almost a last resort at this practice. They seemed to place waaay too much emphasis on “alternative” and homeopathic remedies over modern medecine. It would not surprise me to hear that this is the practice of choice for “anti-vaxxers” or to hear someone there talking about antibiotics as an “option”, but that a dream catcher and a crystal necklace is also an option. Our child was also behind on vaccines, and we switched to a more mainstream pediatrician who was concerned about being ready for school in time, but got us back on track with a series of immunizations. Extremely disappointed!! My grandson has been a patient since birth, he is now 3 and my daughter asked on three separate occasions if he was fully vaccinated...he was going to start preschool..she was told three times that he was fully vaccinated...she gets a call from the school nurse and is informed that he is NOT fully vaccinated!!! To say we are upset is an understatement! She has left the practice and went to Milford Pediatrics...my three year old grandson had to get THREE vaccines today!! Please tell me how that is ok?!! Amazing pediatric office. Both Dr D and the Aprns really take the time to understand the root cause of any issues. Dr D has an incredible presence with both my kids. We used to go to another pediatrician, and did not get the time of day from them. It was typically a 5 minute visit and some off the cuff diagnosis based off a 5 min convo. Dr D takes the time and detailed conversation you and your child needs. Truly personal touch. Amazing pediatric office. Dr. Lopusny truly cares about her patients. She is kind, patient and so knowledgeable. She has been taking care of my 3 children for over 10 years. We appreciate her and her caring staff so much. She takes her time, considers the whole child and doesn't prescribe medications unnecessarily. We are so grateful for her!

Dr. Lopusny has been caring for my 3 children for over 10 years. We are beyond happy to have found her. She is knowledgeable, caring and patient. Not only do we trust her immensely but our children feel safe and happy to go to her office and see their doctor. We are grateful for her and her kind staff. The staff is terrible. They bill you for payments already received 2x over and then refuse to assist you when you provide proof and call for them to correct their wrongs. The wait is entirely too long for visits and this is something that should be especially noted when dealing with children primarily infants. There is no consideration for families and the attitudes are out of control. Total lack of professionalism would not recommend this practice to anyone!! The staff is terrible. They refused to take my kids, so hard to find nice Dr to see my kids.

The staff at the practice are not friendly. My daughter had 3 visits at this office. On 2 separate occasions I made an appointment for my daughter and they called to cancel/reschedule her. I decided to leave the practice. They never asked me why I was leaving and then charged me for my daughter's records.

Such a loving, caring, down to earth doctor. She's wonderful and treats us with respect and our kids like they were het own. You know she loves what she does and is there to help. Very responsive and not pushing a big pharma agenda! Thrilled to have found a doctor that accepts and understands the role holistic treatments have in wellness. Staff are all kind and we are very happy to drive quite a distance to see her!

Dr Lopusny is an excellent pediatrician who actually takes the time to listen to parents in order to thoroughly address their concerns. She works with the families who are patients in her practice in order to deliver the best care possible. I highly recommend her.

I went through several pediatricians before finding Dr. Lopusny. She is patient, knowledgeable and kind. She genuinely cares about the children in her practice. I never wait on the phone to book a check up, and get same day emergency appointments with no problem. Dr D. also returns calls quickly. She calls back the same day if you have a question or concern that can be handled without going into the office. I highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for exceptional medical care.

This is to recommend Dr. Diana Lopusny to anyone looking to provide the best care possible for babies and children. As a grandparent, I see how wonderful it is to have a pediatrician who employs both mainstream and alternative practices to the care of children. It only makes sense to use the best of both worlds. Raising my own children was challenging because physicians were not aware of or trained in the use of homeopathy, diet, herbal remedies, and chiropractic to aid in treating childhood illness. I used homeopathic remedies for my children because they seemed to work, but never enjoyed the confidence of knowing that a doctor had prescribed. It was a moment of great relief to have Dr. Lopusny prescribe belladonna for my infant grandson’s fever. It worked beautifully and we were able to be absolutely confident of our decision to use it! I have also been a witness to her invaluable insights on child nutrition—never even addressed when I was a young mother. I see how her guidance has worked in caring beautifully for my grandson. Other incidents serve to underscore my perception of Dr. Lopusny’s stature as an excellent physician. But one that stands out is how another doctor—a neonatologist to be specific, views her. When my newborn grandson was in the NIC-U (newborn intensive care unit) recovering from serious respiratory problems, we were anxious for him to recover and be released. The day dawned when the NIC-U neonatologist met with us to plan for the baby’s release. We were praying for the green light when this doctor asked what seemed to be a decisive question, “Who is the baby’s pediatrician?” When we said Dr. Lopusny he nodded his head and said, “Oh, Good,” signaling with his expression great relief and confidence. And with that, released the baby to normal maternity floor care knowing that Dr. Lopusny was on the job. You just could not do better than to have Dr. Diana Lopusny care for your child. You will have the confidence of both mainstream intervention and safe alternatives as you see your child through to adulthood. Wonderful, caring doctor who I would take my child to. Natural remedies I bet you never heard of for symptoms of teething, stuffy noses, and ear infections. If you want to tailor or defer your child's vaccine schedule, she's happy to work with you, will invite you to do your own research, and give you sources to check out. Or, do it by the book. Ultimately you'll make the decision about your own child. I worked with her 1:1 as a student for several months and was impressed with the way she really cares about her patients and families and the enthusiasm she brings. Because she has a small practice she and her NP will actually get to know you- and that's not always the case. She spends as much time as she needs with each patient. Dr. Lopusny is absolutely amazing! When I was pregnant with our son, my husband and I were looking for the perfect pediatrician to meet our baby's needs. We found that person in Dr. Lopusny. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She rejoices with us with our joys of parenting and cried with us during some of our struggles. We are very mindful of what goes into our son's body and she is a wealth of information on homeopathic and nutritional remedies for whatever we need. She treats our son as if he were her own and that means a great deal to us. We drive from Stamford to Milford for each of his appointments. It's worth every minute and every mile of travel to know that our son is getting the highest quality care our area has to offer. We have found that most times we are there we don't wait - it often takes longer to drive to or from than for our entire experience in the office. They are fair to us and show dedicated individualized care while not eating up our entire day. I can't imagine she or her staff every displaying any kind of racist or prejudiced behavior. The review below that mentions it absolutely baffles me and I can't even imagine it's the same office we go to.
