Dr. Diane L Baird

I usually see her PA, Cheryl Bourgault, who is excellent. All of the staff is, and the office is run very efficiently. They are accommodating and professional.

I love Dr Baird. She is a caring physician and has a wonderful sense of humor. I love making her smile with my out in left field comments. She and her staff can't help but laugh!

Dr. Baird is one of the best dermatologist in the State of Oregon! She is very calming, very thorough, and Very knowledgeable! I have referred many friends and coworkers. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes!

I'm sure Dr. Baird knows her stuff, but she has NO bedside manner. She rushes through appointments, doesn't explain things well, doesn't listen well, and rushed through my questions. This kind of behavior is neither appropriate nor professional. I'm now searching for a new doctor.

I had a 1pm appt didn't see her until 2pm. Asked her to remove mole over eye didn't even acknowledge my request, was in a hurry to catch up I guess. Was wiith me less than 10 minutes, wasted $70 co-pay.

Dr. Baird is conscientious, her care is first-rate. Her staff always helpful. During COVID restrictions Dr. Baird did a telehealth appointment to assess my condition which helped me get treatment earlier than waiting for in-person appointment.

They canceled my appointment, when I was already sitting there in the examination room, because they forgot to get pre-approval from my insurance company. Not impressed.

Dr Baird did not talk to me or look at me .. her assistant did all the work then she walked in grabbed a gun and froze my precancerous growths without even looking st them. Missed two altogether and one didn’t go away. She is so full of herself that she is intolerable Would never recommend her to treat anything.

Great care. Plus personable, excellent communications and highly efficient.

This review is for the receptionist at Dr. Baird's office. I saw Dr. Baird about 3 years ago as a new patient and had a full skin exam. Dr. Baird was thorough and pleasant. I recently decided I would like to have my skin checked again and called her office to set up an appointment, the following is a report of the experience I have had with her receptionist. 1. Called Monday morning, got voicemail, left message requesting the first available Friday appointment, requested a call back with the available appointment time. My call was not returned by 4:30pm, so I called and receptionist answered. Receptionist said I would be considered a new patient since I have not been in for a few years, I said okay, she said the first available appointment would be in mid December, I said okay, she then asked if I could be on hold for a moment I said sure. I spent 10 minutes on hold after which the line started ringing again the receptionist still did not answer so I hung up. I then called back and got voicemail and left a message stating what happened along with my name and number and requested a call back. I did not receive a call back. Tuesday I called during my lunch hour and got voicemail again and requested a call back to schedule, still no call back that day. Wednesday I called during my lunch hour and got voicemail, I left a voicemail stating that I had been leaving messages for the past couple days and could not understand why I was not receiving a call back and that all I wanted to do is schedule an appointment and please call me back. As of today, Friday I have still not received a return call and am shocked by the lack of service from Dr. Baird's office. I have been kind and professional when calling even with the lack of service. I can say this is the worst service I have ever received and am highly disappointed that I am going to have to find a new dermatologist due to the lack of service. Dr. Baird is knowledgeable, personable, and is a good listener. I never feel rushed. Her staff members are very good also. I highly recommend her practice.

This review is for the receptionist at Dr. Baird's office. I have called several times this week to schedule an appointment. I saw Dr. Baird once a few years ago and am a patient of record. I called Monday and was asked to hold, the receptionist did not return to my call after 10 minutes so the phone rang back still no answer. I have called and left messages over the past few days and have received no call back. I could give more detail but have run out of review space.

Dr. Baird is amazing. Attentive, concerned with a great sense of humor. Very caring Dr. Everything about her and her office is excellent.

We had an excellent office visit. She was very thorough and informative. We will be seeing her on follow up visits.

Dr Baird has been my Derm for 20 years. She is excellent in listening and explaining things to me. I completely trust her. There are times when getting an appointment can be not immediate.
