I've been with Dr Maier for almost 25 year. Dr Maier diagnosed my condition after I was seen by countless doctors not being able to diagnose me and kept moving me along with referral after referral. Dr Maier diagnosed me right away and started treatment. I was then able to continue to work. A very kind and compassionate professional. I highly recommend Dr Maier

Dr's. Maier & Diman L. & the staff are so kind and helpful making sure ALL questions are explained clearly ( layman's terms ) of course comfortable waiting rooms and infusion rooms equipped with the most comfortable recliners!! R.A. or osteoarthritis issues YOU should go there !!!!!

If you are hoping for a concerned and determined doctor to find a diagnosis, look elsewhere. Apparently, if his first guess is incorrect, he would rather give up and tell you to just deal with the unexplained pain than order any further testing. Seeking help from this apathetic doctor is nothing more than a complete waste of time and money. At least the staff told me he will soon be retiring. I have been going to Dr. Maier since 2017. I have always been treated with respect . I love my nurses; they are the best. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. Calls have always been answered and returned. Helped me get started on new medication. They are the greatest ❤️.

Everyone treated us with courtesy and kindness. Dr. Maier was through and explained everything in detail. Very caring and understanding.

Dr. Lamachine is professional, polite, and thorough. The injection I receive every 3 months allows me to walk without my cane. I am grateful for their service!

I live about an hour and a half away and had an appointment THIS morning and on my way when I receive a phone call telling me they are unable to see me today due to a change in policy they determined late LAST night. I find this unprofessional and rude. I have waited over 6 months to even get in and they don't even have the common courtesy to give me 24 hour notice. I wasted my time,, money and gas traveling there. I now have to rego through referall process and who knows how long before I actually see a dr for my condition. Zero stars. I was referred here months ago. I’ve called once or twice a week for months. I’ve left messages every time. I still have not gotten ahold of anyone and no one has called me back. The few times I’ve gotten to speak to a receptionist I just get transferred to another line where I leave another message. Their referral person seems to be out of town always? I’m just about ready to ask my primary care doctor to refer me somewhere else, clearly this clinic is either too busy or does not want patients. Zero stars. I was referred here months ago. Had an appointment with Laminchani on June 4th 2021. I explained the issues I was having and he told me I didn't have the classic symptoms of anything so all he would do is help manage my joint pain (not knowing what's wrong with me and a failing kidney) He said he would call me on Tuesday when my lab results came in because he didn't work on Monday. I explained even with the memory issues I've been having I didn't remember having lab work. He argued with me so I left thinking ok he will call me. Two weeks later No call yet. I called and spoke with the office staff and was told They would get back with me. Today is July 20, 2021 and have never heard back from anyone at this office. I was recommended to this office by my primary care doctor after having multiple issues regarding joint pain / back pain, etc. I’m a diabetic with different auto immune issues so this was something I wanted to get figured out. Months of laying in bed each morning in pain and Dr.Maier was who I got, from the start he was always tough to deal with, never really seemed interested or involved in our conversations when I went to visit him. Or he was too busy talking with one of his medical students that he wouldn’t even barely look at me. It made me laugh and want to punch a hole in a wall one time when he was ushering me out the door after a visit that lasted 7 minutes, yeah. 7 MINUTES. And I asked him what about my blood work? And he said oh yeah and pulled it up. Seriously? I was going there for about a year and in that time I got zero answers and zero help. All of my time there involved him either saying let’s meet back up in a little or sending me out for blood work and then rinsing and repeating. His nurses actually listened and seemed more genuine then he did. You can very clearly tell this man is just irritated with his work and is only here for his paycheck. Our final visit ended on obviously very angry terms since I was tired of being pushed around For over a year. Very unethical practice. The nurses are very rude over the phone, if anyone answers that is. The office is disorganized and the staff unhelpful. The new patient coordinator and the office manager have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen: not returning phone calls and voicemails, not listening to what the patient is saying, not following through on their job, sighing and yawning loudly in my ear I've the phone, being defensive and reactive, and offering no compassion or assistance. I would not go into this office I was paid to. All I wanted was a reason why my referral for a second opinion was denied and it took over 1 month to get a single sentence answer that contained no reasoning whatsoever. I’ve received wonderful care at this clinic. Jennifer even referred me to a quick and easy place to get my covid vaccine(s). Each time I call with questions they are always so kind and efficient. Additionally, Dr. Lamichhane has treated me very gently and is a very sweet and nice man. Thankful for this place!

Front office staff was very rude, would not even ask for my name. Even after I told them my doctor sent a referral, she proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me until my doctor sent one.

Dr. Lamichhane is an excellent Dr. He was very thorough in his assessment, a compassionate listener & diagnosed a problem that I had seen several other physicians for.. He took the time to answer my many questions & actually called me to discuss my lab results. When I needed to be seen again for an immediate situation, I was able to see him that day. My other option would've been the ER so I was very grateful. The office staff are very professional & kind. They assured me that they were there to help if the problem arises again. I feel such relief having found this very competent Dr. to help me during a difficult time with challenging health issues. He is caring very approachable listens well. De definitely cares for his patients!

My father is a patient of Dr. Maier, but he isn't really into computers so I am leaving this for him. My dad suffered terrible pain in his leg for several years. None of his doctors could figure out what was wrong. He even had an unnecessary surgery on his spine. Then one day my dad was in an appointment with Dr. Maier and the doctor said that he wanted to do a scan of my dad's leg, even though the pain was not related to arthritis. When he looked at the scan, he told my dad that things did not look right and that he should go back to the orthopedic surgeon who had done his hip replacement many years before. As a result of that advice, my dad went to his surgeon, who said that he wished someone had told him to come in long before. The rod going down into his femur was loose and causing terrible damage. He has since had his replacement revised. Because of Dr. Maier my dad is going to be able to walk again. Every time he mentions the doctor's name he starts to cry from gratitude.

The receptionist was so rude and dismissive that I'll never know if the doctors were any good.

Dr Maier and staff were very unprofessional and downright rude. First Dr Maier misdiagnosed my brother for over two years and put him on an obscene amount of prednisone and many other expensive rheumatoid arthritis medicine, which he did not even need since he was misdiagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis . Then since the prednisone and other medicine didn’t work and he was still in excruciating pain, Dr Maier accused him of seeking pain medicine. He was also fired from Dr Maier with a nasty letter, not even in person for not responding to the treatments. I am writing this review for him because since he was misdiagnosed for so long, he died from an autoimmune disorder that is treatable if diagnosed correctly. So proceed with caution... I felt, from the moment Dr.Lamichhane walked into the room and introduced himself, I was not going to get a fair shake from this guy. The student doctor from OHSU showed more empathy than did Dr. Lamichhane show. I am suffering from some type of arthritis in my joints. I have a sister with RA and another with OA. I just sought out relief from the pain, whatever it is. My takeaway from Dr. Lamichhane is that I a overweight and need to lose weight. I am not grossly overweight and my weight increase can be attributed to being laid up for a year with a broken foot. I am trying to get back into things but the pain makes it just that harder. Dr. Lamichhane said he would fax something into my pharmacy that should help. Guess what? I called my pharmacy the next day and they never recieved anything from Dr. Lamichhane's office. So, I have to now wait until Monday morning, now, to even check on it. Will I return to see Dr. Lamichhane? I think not! Will I reccomend Dr. Lamichhane? I love Dr. Maier & Dr. Lamachane, I feel they both do their best to address my health concerns & RA issues.

Doctor Maier is very professional and addressed my fibromyalgia and arthritis. His receptionist was a little curt.

he is very caring, he listens, he wants to know! Most Dr.s are not like that

Dr Maier is maybe the best Dr I have ever had. Compassionate, good listener, always gets it right, I couldn't ask for more from a Dr. Unfortunately his office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. I dread prescription refills, referrals, etc because I know it will be a huge hassle. And it's not just one bad egg, they are all bad, including the office manager. They don't care what they put their patients through. So stressful to deal with that I may have to change doctors.

Dr. Maier and his staff are as compassionate and gentle as they are knowledgeable and thorough.

I have gone to Dr Maier for a few years now and he and his staff have ALWAYS been courteous, helpful and kind to me. He has always been so kind to me and listened to what I would say to him and I look for his input on what to do and he has helped me in getting answers I have been struggling with for years and getting help for them to improve my quality of life with pains I endure. The lady at the front desk with the blonde curly hair is incredibly rude and not helpful at all.... Every singe time I have spoken to her she has been unpleasant to deal with. To the point where when I call or go there I get anxiety and literally sweat just knowing she will be unkind per usual.

Dr. Maier is a cool dude. I appreciated his thorough exam, compassion and sense of humor.

About the lobby staff - This is the most unprofessional office I've ever been to, and I've seen a lot of medical professionals over the last 10 years. I'm a new patient and the receptionist was less then helpful. You have to input all your information yourself on a touch screen, including your SSN, in front of the whole office. The paperwork they give you is very unintuitive and repetitive. The spreadsheet of medical questions is vague and unclear. I had to list my medications twice and write down all the information I just input to their system earlier. The receptionist was very very loud while on the phone. She was cussing and had obvious attitudes towards the caller (sighing and such). The entire atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable. What an awesome Doctor...he had never met me...and actually took the time to listen to what I had to say...I was misdiagnosed 16 years ago....from the Mayo...today he let me know that I was NOT going to die...that my test were false positives...imagine living 16 years thinking you have an autoimmune illness...I have tried for so long to get a doctor to listen to me...and see me. Thank you sir. Thank you so much. It's a new day for me. He said...and I quote "you will live to be a nice little old lady".... That might not mean much to you....but to me?....that was the world. I really do not know how to articulate myself other than to say he and his staff is Excellent! He insures the best care possible for his patients and I am so greateful the care he provides for my wife.

Saw him for the first time today. He was very thorough with me, asked about every question he could, did a thorough exam, and worked with me to set up a treatment plan. He also ordered tests to double check his findings. Best RA doctor I have ever seen!! I left almost crying happy tears of joy that someone FINALLY is trying to help me!!

Most unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen in my lifetime. He told my Husband he just didn't want to work. He walked out on my Husband and I during his exam without saying a word. We had to go find out where he went. We found him in his office with his feet up on his desk. My Husband said are we done in there?. Dr. Maier said I've been doing this 30 years and you need to go get a job.

If you need help with an established condition and don't expect or need bedside manner then he is a competent MD. If you need someone who is willing to figure out what is wrong with you going beyond a few blood tests he is not the man for the job. He is very dismissive, does not approve of pt self advocacy, and will refer you back to your MD if there isn't a paycheck in his near future.

Seeing DrMaier was very disappointing. I have PSA with other complications. I was not impressed the first visit. He let a student see me. So he didnt even get to know me. Second visit we went over health issues to a very minor extent. Third visit he told me my liver test was elevated and that I need to loose 10 poounds and eat healthy. Then he asked me if I knew what eating healthy was. I have OHP so he assumes I'm a fat slob that does nothing. I work my but off and I'm not even fat.
