I am a 34 year old female. I went into Dr. Kolody's office to have her as my primary care physician. I filled out a questionnaire before I went in, and Dr. Kolody then asked me all the same questions on the questionnaire. When I asked her what the point of the questionnaire is she got snippy with me. I then asked her to continue my prescription for anxiety medication and she prescribed me the wrong dose. I had to go back and forth with her doctors office for weeks to get it correct and in the mean time ran out of medicine. I tried to have my old doctor's office even send her the script and they would not allow it. I told her I want to get pregnant and asked for tips. She said eat healthy and exercise. Duh. Not helpful, tries to get me out of the office as soon as possible, and talks down to me. Will not return.

Dr.Kolody is thorough, (not many are) she's knowledgeable, kind, caring, respectful, genuine, has stellar mannerisms and listens, let me say that again "SHE LISTENS" and as long as she practices I will be her patient.

Dr Kolody has always took the time to listen to me and has helped me so much over the last two years. I trust in her 100percent.

I have been going to Doctor Kolody for years and my husband two daughters and a grandson. I will be going to her until she no longer practices. Hopefully that won’t be for a good while! Did I also have had a great experience with her last two nurses! The office is nice, clean, & will help you get the day and time you need.

Put one star because I couldn’t put zero. Horrible doctor. Kept me waiting an hour and then when she finally decided to come into the room she was so rude I almost walked out. Only went to see her because my regular doctor was on vacation. Next time will wait for my regular doctor. Will never see her again.

The first time I met Dr. Kolody, I wasn’t sure I liked her but by my third visit I knew I was keeping her as my doctor. She’s VERY thorough and quite witty. I enjoy her each time I visit now. Her nurse is great and I was sad to hear that she may be leaving in the next year due to her husband’s retirement.

HORRIBLE doctor!! She never knows why you are there to see her, she doesn’t review your files before seeing you and you have to spend 20 minutes catching her up. Twice I have waited 45 minutes for her to come into the room. Today’s visit she was done with the patient ahead of me and 25 minutes later I told the girls at the desk that I had another appointment and was leaving and they had to go get her from her office to see me. The last visit I was the only one in the parking lot and the only one in her office and she made me wait 40 minutes in the room before she graced me with her presence. I told her the anti inflammatory that she prescribe me wasn’t working, and she wanted me to list all of my medications. She had the computer open right in front of her, and she got real snippy when I said I didn’t know, and she told me she didn’t know either. SHE’S THE ONE THAT PRESCRIBED ME THE MEDICATION!! The girls at the desk said “I’m sorry, but she’s really slow”. Never again!

Very rude. Rolls her eyes if you ask questions. Does not answer questions. She is rude. Doesn't really listen to your concerns just cuts you off and assumes what you're going to say next. Never liked her from the start. Office staff is not friendly either. They seem to look down on others. Very condescending. Got out of there as soon as we could get a new doctor!

After searching for a new family physician after relocating to the area, I was a bit disappointed when my first choice was not accepting new patients. Dr. Kolody was able to get me in immediately and I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't seen the best reviews for her, but I had a great experience. Office staff was exceptionally friendly, her nurse was funny and helpful, and Dr. Kolody was very thorough and took her time with me. She got to know me and my medical history, asked lots of questions, and got right to the point. She didn't make much small talk and was a bit direct at times, but I actually preferred this. She even called to follow up with me afterward to be sure everything was okay. I had a very pleasant experience as a new patient of Dr. Kolody's. After reading some reviews to find a new doctor in the area, I was a bit disappointed that she was the only family doctor at Johnson Memorial accepting new patients. However, she was very thorough with me, really learned my medical history, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. She was direct and to the point with very little chit chat, but I preferred this. The nurse and office staff were all exceptional.

She is very arrogant and doesn't let you finish telling her what is wrong before she cuts you off and tells you how annoyed she is she has to do her job. She is rude and I feel doesn't care about her clients. Her attitude is horrible and she just doesn't care about the patient.
