Dr. Dianne Martin

This dr seemed annoyed to be seeing patients. I’m not sure if it was because it was Friday and she was ready for the weekend but all she did was argue over my experiences versus trying to help me. I left feeling more hopeless about my future than when I went in. I’m sure she is a smart woman but maybe not practice medicine if you’re just there for a paycheck and to not listen to your patients

I was referred to Dr Martin by my psychologist and she did NOT leave a good impression for me. First she is only opened on Monday through Thursday, which I thought was odd but was still okay. I called on Thursday and talked to her directly (I’m assuming her assistant was not present) and she placed me on hold for 15 mins and then hung up the phone. I called back and left a message but never received a call back so I had to wait til Monday to schedule my appointment. Here comes Monday... I called and schedule an appointment with her receptionist for the following week. Then ON THE DAY OF the appointment, the receptionist calls me 20 mins prior to our schedule time to cancel the appointment and reschedule for another time and wouldn’t tell me why. At this point, I’m fed up and frustrated. I’m a stay at home mom whose life is scheduled around my kids (6 month old baby and 7 year old). I have to find a babysitter all over again just to be seen. Unclean, no handicap restroom, are not set for credit card or check payments,cash only .very unprofessional invirment. They had to clean my chair before I sit down. Waiting area very dirty .

I have been lucky to have been a patient of Dr Martin for years now. I love the staff! Nina is the best. I wouldnt be here if it werent for her and Dr Martin. I have been in alot of Suboxone programs over the years. She by far is the most professional.

I went there primarily for help with my ADHD, and she made a very insensitive connect about how I don't pay attention when I was just trying to get clarification on something. I didn't appreciate her attitude when I was already frustrated and just trying to get help.

I called and asked if Dr. Martin was accepting new patients and the immediate response was “yes, please hold”. After waiting for over 15 minutes in complete silence, I hung up to find another provider. This was not a good first impression as the receptionist easily could have said to call back, briefly check in, or told me to leave a message. Good psychiatrist, trash staff.

I would not recommend. She walked out without seeing me. Then when I'm told her staff I would not be rescheduling they told me they would not give me the paperwork I asked for (a week ago).

Dr. Martin is wonderful. Dr. Martin has enabled me to enjoy life again after a tragic death in our family. I no longer just go through the motions of life, I am actually living life. Dr. Martin is direct and compassionate. Dr. Martin and her staff have always been concerned and helpful. I have recommended Dr. Martin several times to friends and family. I have been very grateful to Dr. Martin.

Amazing staff/associates and Dr Dianne Martin is phenomenal she is and amzing compassionate Dr.

Amazing and very down to earth yet straight to the point professional. Dr. Martin makes you own up to reality. So thankful I was referred to her. If you arent ready for the truth and want to keep living in your own demented reality then she isnt the one for you. She keeps it real, raw, and very professional! Awesome lady!

I was immediately turned off. the doctor came in to the office area and I could hear her talking about my appointment and complained by asking how they were going to fit me in etc to the staff.. I came early, filled out my paperwork and they proceeded to let somebody else take my time slot. I asked how long it would be before I would be seen and they said about a half an hour which would have put my time past 45 minutes from the scheduled time. I took this as a sign to leave.

I credit Dr. Martin for saving my life. She listened to my symptoms and prescribed me the right medicine. Prior to finding Dr. Martin, my previous Drs misdiagnosed me and prescribed me the right medication. I have been seeing her for 5 years.

I have found Dr. Martin to be a very insightful and helpful in whatever issues I have. I did not go there to be slathered with gratuitous platitudes. She has always been respectful and to the point... a true professional.

Beware!! The worst Dr. I have ever have ad I've had tons!! She is narcissistic, arrogant, rude and condensing . She makes u feel like you are wasting her time and tries to pick an argument or throw her weight around at every visit. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to her. How she became a psychiatrist, I will never know. She should be written up. Let's not forget her equally rude staff!! In addition, her office is so dirty and unkept I use wipes when I leave to wash my hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Martin for seven years. She is no longer excepting insurance as a cash only. She is been prescribing me subutext for pain but she is not a pain doctor. Now I am having trouble finding somebody who will help me get off of this medicine because of her practices. And she is unwilling to help me. Please think twice before you spend your money with someone who obviously doesn't care about the welfare of their patients

This woman is a misanthrope, plain and simple. She was unprofessional, rude and condescending. She argued with me about the pronunciation of my name which was not the reason I was there. I left her office feeling more hopeless than when I went in.
