The doctor was very professional. Took the time to explain the procedure, as well as other procedures I’ve had in the past that failed.

Went fine. Dr. and medical assistants were very nice. They got me in early, too

Overall the staff was so friendly and the doctor that I dealt with she was excellent she even made it feel more like a friend not just a patient

Dr. Schlachter and her team have been very easy to deal with. Everyone is helpful and friendly!

The office staff very friendly and courteous and the doctor very friendly. Very thorough and explained everything out and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend .

Dr. Schlachter and her staff are top notch. The Dr. is a pro regarding the injections that I require for an eye condition. She is my angel, every 8 weeks, when I come in.

When Doctor Schlachter see’s a problem she is determined to solve the problem, she shows concern, and she is very nice.

excellent experience. Very quick to be seen. Very professional and personable staff. Dr. was extremely thorough and gave me all of my options.

Surgery went very well, all nurses and doctors were very nice. They explained the procedure well. After surgery there was very little pain when following prescribed procedure. All in all it was a comfortable experience. Thank you all.

Don't waste your time like I did, I mean LITERALLY wasting your time! I saw her 3 times & waited over 5 &½ hours in total! (NO Exaggeration) She had no respect for my time, why would she care about the result of the surgery I was being consulted for! My doctor is Dr. Nesi Eloff/ unavailable. Tried Dr. Schlachter. experience was sterile. I was standing& tech wipes the entire chair in front of me as if I was infected w/ COVID without any symptoms. I was taken aback by her ignorance about COVID/A COLD. Intern was reading chart. twice she asked me to put my mask up. How stupid are these doctors? Who propagandize them into thinking that a mask can stop a virus? Dr Schlachter was COLD & WITHOUT A BED SIDE MANNER. Calling out measurements as if I was not in the room.Intern & Schlachter were like stepford wives & Schlachter was almost rude & uncaring in her delivery of questions. My eyes are dry, Dr. asked "why are you waiting to put drops in until you need them?" DUMB QUESTION! Dr asked me to take my mask down. What happened to the virus? Probably in the same place as her personality. NON EXISTENT! Dr kept saying "unfortunately" as if I was unattractive but nothing could be further from the truth/EXOTIC. Unfortunately applies to her.

I've been seeing Dr. Schlachter for two years for cosmetic Botox. I am beyond happy with the results. She is great at thoroughly explaining options and takes her time with you. Extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Schlachter did Botox injections on me. I was very impressed by her professionalism, kindness and caring attitude. She explained in detail what to expect. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Schlachter has an excellent bedside manner and explained options and the surgery very well. She is very skilled as a surgeon as well. I know several people that have gone to her and they look amazingly normal, like they never had anything wrong in the first place. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Excellent communicator, great hands...I'd give her 6 stars if I could.

I have see Dr Schlachter on numerous occasions and would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of face and lid problems. She was extremely caring of my concerns and problem and explained the treatment plan better then any other doctor I have visited (in any field). She spent time going over options and her level of expertise was above and beyond my expectations. I have friends that have seen her as well and had surgery by her. They look amazing and had a great experience. Thank you!!

After I had some skin cancer removed from my forehead, I was referred to Dr Schachter for reconstruction of the area. She did a fabulous job. As a result of her superior work, I have no scarring whatsoever. I was very impressed of her explanation and thoroughness during the procedure. She is very professional, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend her for her surgical expertise. She is top notch.
