The worst experience ever with a Doctor office, I scheduled my appointement and was there ON TIME, OKAY, cause I used the adress on google, when I called them at 5minutes before my appointment I was in front of the building (the adress they provided on google) they said mom u have the wrong adress they gave me the right one, I drove there, they called me again that the doctor cant probably see me cause is over booked its not my freaking problem its them mistake putting the wrong adress, even though I was nice and I said please get the patient u have in and im drinving there right now, they said okay, when Iv arrived the lady there was so rude she couldnt even apologize or just be nice she said to me (FIRST OF ALL I CAN NOT TAKE U, U HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL 4PM (it was 12pm at that time), she was not professional at all, I said but u called me and u said its okay u can still see me she said mom u said ull be here at 12pm its 12:04pm okay now its my mistake why the heck would u provide a wrong adress since the beginning, she gave me that look, felt so bad that i asked to cancel my appointments, im not going there anymore, and I dont recommend that u put ur buisness on a non professional office like this SO DISAPPOINTED I WAISTED 1:30H ON MY LIFE DRIVING THERE AND COMING BACK. I have been seeing Dr Kapoor for several years. She is insightful and professional. My eyes change a lot and she helps me manage that.

Dr.Kapoor was very thorough and professional. She took time to point improvements in my eyesight, and also alerting me to potential risks.

The doctor is really nice and knowledgeable, but her staff is not very friendly. They recommend a yearly eye test which your insurance doesn't cover. When we filled the form, we marked that we don't want to take the test. Without explaining anything they took me for that particular test and after that they asked us to pay for it.

I made an appointment for my daughter and was told I had a 15 co-pay. After the appointment they want to charge 75 to measure for contact lenses. A charge I specifically asked about when I made the appointment. I was told there was no additional charge. This place will never get my business again. And furthermore, no one asking my opinion will receive a positive one about this place. One star is too high a rating. I made an appointment for my daughter and was told I had a 15 co-pay. Not happy

It is very hard to make appointments at this office. The front desk is awful. I cancelled appointment for personal reasons 24 hrs prior. The doctor came on the line to tell me that it was not right to cancel appointments. Ridicoulus!! I have 3 kids an there are situations. The was very rude and said that I was wasting her time.
