Doctor Lao is the best general Surgeon in and around Beckley West Virginia you couldn’t ask for a better Surgeon, he is very caring, professional, precise. Doctor Lao as well as his Wife have the best Bedside manor and will go to your room at the Hospital morning, noon and evening. He will let you know what Laboratory results or any results that he knows of to keep you up on what you need to know , if you have any questions he has no issues as to explain to you what answers that you have to the best of his abilities. Every time I go its at least a couple hours of wait time he has had me off of work for a month now but failed to complete my paperwork and send it back for short term medical and my case worker for short term medical is still unable to get ahold of him so I am still without my benefits due to his practice.

Seems like a just caught up with him he just don't want want to give up the life of being eye doctor

Office visit every 3 months. Chronic pain. Hypertension. Degenerative Disc Disease. Asthma. Seen for over 7 years. Physical exam every time I go. Orders yearly X-Rays. Very thorough every time I go.

Doctor Lao has got to be one of the Best Doctor, General Surgeon, Person in the World. Most of my Family and Family Friends had went to Doctor Lao and he is a Great General Surgeon very Caring, attentive, personable yet professional, a very trustable soul as well as his wife. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
