This is my second visit with Dr. McKinley, the first for back pain and then neck pain. I received good advice and he suggested exercises before going straight to physical therapy. He and the other doctor were on the same page with advice and what to do to alleviate the pain I am experiencing. This is a great ortho group.

Did not feel he was confident with providing care

Because I seem to be the “Senior Queen of Falls”, I’ve had the opportunity to see Dr McKinley more than a few times ( haha) . He is thorough, is so “chill” and works with the patient to find a good functional solution to your problem...if you need a surgeon or specialist in a particular orthopedic area, he refers you without hesitation. He always offers a few different options, recognizing that each patient has their own way of recuperating. BUT his path to treatment approaches is always based on the medical data before him. He is simply a top-drawer doctor and I have the UTMOST confidence in him as my orthopedic expert.

Great Doctor! On time very attentive to my issues. Put me on the right track to healing.

I was tremendously bless to be under Dr. McKinley's care. No matter what my needs were, he took great care of me. He is kind and encouraging. He also took the time to answer my questions. When I needed surgery, he referred me to Dr. Rowan! Talk about a double blessing!! I would definitely recommend him!!

He was careful to put special attention on my comfort. He also made sure I understood what and why he was giving the medical procedures he was.

Dr McKinley is a kind and emphatic doctor.

In a lot of pain and waited 90 minutes in lobby to be seen. Finally saw him and he came in with another doctor. Did not ask if it was okay to bring in someone to shadow him. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day or could have been tired, but MY experience was not great. Will not be back. I find it hard to believe all of these glowing reviews. Excelent doctor and staff.

Dr McKinley was pleasant, professional, caring and attentive. He made an uncomfortable procedure more palatable. This practice is wonderful to deal with. Horrible, Horrible wait time! Dr could have been tired but he was very aloof and not caring. He might be good doctor but I did have that experience with him.

Great experience. Dr. McKinney was the ultimate professional. Friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and calm all of my worst fears. Staff was pleasant and professional also. Great visit.

If you are looking for an orthopedic doctor, I would definitely suggest you make an appointment to see Dr McKinley. His bedside manner is fantastic; he explains and answers questions in a way that doesn’t feel rushed. He makes sure the treatment plan is understood and that the patient is comfortable with it. He even tries to divert your attention when giving an injection - it doesn’t work lol. But it’s ok… he gives a great injection with almost no pain. thorough, kind and with practical advice

Dr. McKinley took the conservative approach which isn't the usual path a lot of doctors take. PT might mean a little work on my part, but relying on an injection instead might not be the best solution over the long term. I would rather wait until there was not other choice before resorting to a needle. Thanks doc.

Had another excellent experience with Dr. McKinley. He and his staff took their time, evaluated my son's injury/condition, and provided excellent advice. I felt heard and unlike our experience at another practice here in town, I did not feel as if Dr. McKinley was making any unnecessary recommendations or "possible" diagnoses in order to make an extra buck. Pain and swelling in the knee

Went in to get my left knee checked due to pain and swelling. I was given meds to fight the infection and they have helped dramatically! Great work by great doctors!

This was my second time seem Dr.Mckinley very softspoken, and take his time with you whenever my physician can't see me I will prefer seeing Dr he was injecting my shot he took his time it hurt but he didn't rush it like most doctors as push it on up in your finger and I appreciate that he's a good doctor I recommend anyone to him

The fact that this was a repeat visit for additional orthotics tells of my satisfaction. I had my first pair made last year and there is no comparison to standard insoles. Dr McKinley ALWAYS treats me like a friend and I appreciate that. His knowledge is excellent and his ability to apply that to the product is fantastic.

He is kind, gentle, and listens carefully to what you have to say, and does not rush you. His goal is to eliminate or reduce your pain and help you understand what you need and why you need it.
