Dr. Thomas L Jones

Dr Jones was very patient and polite. I did not feel rushed at all and he listen to all my questions with great concern. And tried to make sure I felt satisfied with the treatment I was getting.

I have been under Dr. Thomas Jones' care for about 10 years. He listens and always has good recommendations. I am in better overall health due to Dr. Jones' insight and medical knowledge. He's always done a great job of properly diagnosing symptoms, does quick referrals and he's always willing to do the tests I request. Incredible caring and knowledgeable physician. So happy that I was able to become a patient under his care.

Dr Jones asked me about services that I declined. He then proceeded to give my name and number to a clinic to setup an appointment for a service I don’t want. If he can’t listen to the small things that you talk about how’s he going to listen to the real issues when he is focused on what he wants to do. They have also failed to provide covers of my medical records. Call to talk about my concerns on my chart several times with no response. Now I am lodging a complaint against him and the facility with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this facility and doctor.

My Mom had a massive stroke in 2001 which left her left side partially paralyzed, shortly afterwards she started seeing Dr Jones. He told my Mom Yrs ago that he was going to schedule her a bone density test. That never happened she has been with this doctor since forever. Mom is now 79 yrs old and a very savvy business woman. She went to see Dr Jones earlier this 2019 Spring, she was concerned about being dizzy, she had lab work (by the way- what kind of Physician doesn't tell you to fast after midnight when scheduled for blood work) smh!!!! 3 months later, she went back because she was loosing weight and stayed thirsty during nighttime, and dizzy. She was told you need to be on Insulin, the nurse told her “give me your arm and had a needle in her hand ready to inject this insulin. My Mom has NEVER remotely been told that she could even be a candidate for diabetes- and now this rude Nurse gets ready to insert this med into her without explaining, or being sensitive to a Woman who happens to be petrified of needles, whats going on with her in a nice tone!!! It was happening so fast that my Mom was horrified & in tears. Needless to say- this unexpected ordeal was horrendous to say the least... no one told her to fast b4 bloodwork. Dr Jones is not consistent with his word & his nurse was out of line and downright insensitive & rude. I would never recommend anyone I know to attend His facility. People are people!!! Patients are people’s Moms, Sisters, Dads, Brothers, Pastors, Friends, wives and Husbands. It would do Dr Jones and his Staff good to remember & start training. The worst Doctor I have ever visited. He has crude "bedside manner". I f you have a appointment today, cancel it!

Outstanding doctor...I have been seeing him for almost nine years now and I have a very good relationship with Dr. Jones. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He is in a very well organized practice and you never have to wait more than a few minutes. I consider him my first line of defense as I have several conditions that need medical attention.

How sad is it you can't ask a question while seeing Dr. Jones for your yearly wellness exam without being charged another office visit. During my wellness checkup I asked about a health issue that concerned me. For doing so I was charged for two office visits, one wellness, one diagnostic. Did not expect to pay anything and had to pay $235 for asking one question. Had Dr. Jones informed me I would be charged if he addressed my question, I would have withdrawn it.

Definitely I would send friends and family to Dr. Jones . He has been very through with me and diagnosed conditions that needed more tests and directed me it the proper direction in a very timely manner . He gives the feeling of careful listening to exactly what you are saying and takes them in the direction where they need to be addressed. I am fortunate to have found someone that I trust and can question getting real answers. Thank You Dr. Jones.

It's really a relief to have a PCP who listens, takes my concerns seriously, and is able to answer my questions. I couldn't ask for more.

I recently had to search for a new doctor when my previous doctor left his practice. I was referred to Dr. jones by a friend who also needed a new physician. Dr. Jones is compassionate and caring. He answers questions in a way easy to understand way ans explains in detail. He understands the issues and concerns I may have.

Excellent physician. So thankful to have a doctor who is so considerate of my health.

By far the best doctor we have ever had. Kind and compassionate, he really listens and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I wouldn't see anyone else.

I have been trying to reach his nurse for 2 days to discuss my mother being hospitalized with a stroke over the weekend, and not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to reach anything other than a machine, but the receptionist at Lebauer stated that she was "just a receptionist" when I asked her to connect me to ANYBODY that could answer a question about my mother's stroke. I was very rudely blown off. It's now 2 days later and still no call from Dr. Jone's nurse to myself OR my mother. This is her PCP/INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTOR????? Sounds more like a joke to me. If you want a practice with Doctors that care and have any semblance of a competent staff, AVOID LEBAUER AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They could care less about their elderly patients. Dr. Jones seems to know his medicine, but he doesn't have the most caring attitude, and he doesn't try to hide it either. I feel like I'm just another in a string of people he's obligated to see. I have never gotten a follow up call about any of my problems and I have several. I'm thinking about switching to another GP.
