I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Everyone was extremely professional, thoughtful, and I was very comfortable during my surgery. I was awake for the surgery with Nitrous Oxide and Dr. Adornato kept me informed throughout the entirety of the procedure, in addition to periodically checking in on me. The after care instructions were clear. And, he called at the end of the day to make sure everything was alright! I will definitely recommend the office to my friends :) Thank you!

Dr. Adornato is phenomenal and so are his staff! The office is very modern and clean, and he made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Adornato took such good care of me. He knew that I was nervous which is to be expected getting a wisdom tooth out! I chose the local anesthetic route so I wasn't sedated for the procedure which made my anxiety even worse! But he made sure I was completely numb and comfortable. If I could I would give zero stars. I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully on the phone call. I’ve never gotten to experience what Dr. Adornato himself was like. I was treated so poorly by his staff over the phone because I stated I had Caresource as my dental coverage but never mentioned, not once, that I wanted to use my Caresource, I felt discriminated against because I have government insurance. I was talked to so rudely and was told immediately they wouldn’t take me in as a patient and that I couldn’t pay out of pocket because if I can afford to pay out of pocket why did I have government insurance! I planned on paying it out of pocket but wasn’t given the opportunity. After being told that I was told “ok bye bye” and the phone disconnected! I got hung up on and spoken over as if what I was saying they didn’t care to hear. I work for Dr. John White, and I only knew of Dr. Adornato because of Dr. John White sending him numerous referrals from his office. I received such good service for my cracked wisdom tooth removal. I felt no pain during the procedure. I’m really happy with the results I was able to return to work the next day and my hearing has already improved as well as my headaches have stopped already. Had a tooth pulled 11/12/21 and my experience was very pleasant ;considering why I was there...staff was very pleasant ,professional , friendly and informative! Dr. Adornato is a great professional and very personable .Top notch !

I travel from out of state to Dr. Adornato. He is, hands down, the best Oral Surgeon I've ever worked with. (And, yes, sadly, it's been a few.) He has navigated me through some difficult procedures and has managed to help alleviate the trauma of poor oral surgery before. His staff is always friendly and helps schedule time around when I can fly into town. He has always called me to see how I am doing the night after any procedures and if there is an issue, makes sure to either follow-up as discussed. If I had one knock, there have been times when he has been running late for appointments. These things do happen. However, I know when I am in the chair, I have his full attention so that helps any inconvenience when he is late. 5 stars for the surgeon and his nursing staff. 0 stars for the front of office staff in scheduling and billing etc. Paula is, hands down, the worst front of office person I've ever dealt with. From start to finish she was sarcastic, condescending and dishonest with me. I was nervous and needed assistance and reassurance, instead I was belittled and left to feel more upset and nervous than ever. She lied to me and told me that she could get me in at 7:00 a.m. on a Thursday (just a couple of days from when I called) if I could get all of the online forms filled out and have the referral form and x-rays sent over by morning. I was so relieved! I got to work and got everything submitted only to have Paula act like she didn't know who I was or what I was talking about the next day when I called. She said she never would have told me I could have an appointment at 7:00 a.m. since they don't open until 8:00. She told me 7:00 a.m. --- the conversation was recorded. Why she did that to me, I will never know unless she just enjoys being cruel. I began to argue with her about what she said so she abruptly said that she didn't handle scheduling and transferred me over to someone else. I had to wait 10 days for my surgery. She also misquoted me on the amount I would owe. She told me that my insurance was going to cover everything except 10 percent so that is what I paid on the day of the surgery only to find out that my insurance didn't cover a large portion of the surgery due to the codes that were submitted. Paula said to me "I can't help it if your insurance lied to me. It's your insurance and you should know your own coverage." This really is not all with her but my point is I have never in my life been treated this way by any person in any medical / dental profession. Quite frankly I was so upset an nervous on the day of the surgery that I came very close to canceling. I just couldn't imagine what the experience was going to be like if this was how I was being treated on the phone. I was praying that I didn't have to see or talk to Paula and thankfully I didn't. Dr. Adornato and his nursing staff were excellent. Dr. Adornato was great. His staff could use a little more "bedside manner" but otherwise the difficult extraction went as smoothly as it could and I'm healing up nicely. He took the time to follow up later that day to see how I was doing which was nice.

Had major pain in teeth. Got me in right away even though I was a new patient. Took good care of me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible . I am in the healing process as we speak . This guy is awesome. Right down to business, comfortable setting, gentle and most important very little out of pocket for me. I hate going to the dentist because it’s something that really scares me. But Dominick adornato really makes me not so scared to go back. Being put under is the only way I can do it and he is very good at safely putting you under and waking you up with a perfectly executed dental procedure. 10/10 would recommend to any of my loved ones. The Dentist and his staff were extremely nice and professional. As a black man I don’t feel welcomed everywhere I go but this staff made me feel welcomed. I had a impacted wisdom tooth which he removed and I felt no pain during the procedure. Once I got home maybe 6 hours later and had took the prescribed meds I was in some of the worst pain ever. The Dr. called me right on time and I told him what I was experiencing. He gave me some tips that I followed and my pain was soon from a 12 to a 1. I definitely recommend him to anyone ! Had 4 wisdom teeth removed and the staff was great. I was very anxious and they were understanding and made me feel comfortable. They called to follow up, same day and made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Dr Adornato THANK YOU SO MUCH !

It's been three days since my tooth extraction and its healing nicely. I have never been to a dentist, where I've never felt my tooth being pulled and the instruments used until, I met Dr. Dominick Adornato. I had significant trauma from dental work in the past. I had spent thousands of dollars on work that ended up making my teeth worse. Dr. Dominick Adornato and his team made me feel beyond comfortable. I was open about my fears and anxiety towards dental work. Dr. Adornato did my sons wisdom teeth approx 5 years ago. Now my youngest daughter 6 has an extra tooth not coming out on its own needed to be removed for permanent teeth to come in. Other doctors did not want to take a child under 8. I called the office, had xrays sent and scheduled procedure. All went flawless , Dr Adornato walked us through process before and was gentle with nervous young child. Dr. Adornato called us at home in evening to check up on our daughter. As for billing etc.. we paid co pay and non covered portion prior to extraction.

Dr. Adornato and his staff were just wonderful regarding the care I received during my dental visit. They were kind and caring, eased my anxiety, and made me completely comfortable through out the entire procedure. This was my first visit, and Dr. Adornato was highly recommended. I can see why, he is truly an asset to his profession. His dental / nurse assistant was marvelous. Thank you so much!

About a year ago, I had my first tooth pulled by a different practice, and it was horribly traumatic. So going to Dr. Adornato's office (a referral from my new dentist), this morning, to get another cracked tooth pulled, I was very stressed as to what to expect. A friend told me Dr Adornato had a great demeanor and would do his utmost to make sure I was comfortable, and for me not to worry. The experience was beyond my expectations. Not only was he everything my friend told me he was, but the time it took to get the tooth out was just minutes. He had a gentle nature that made me feel completely at ease. His assistant was so caring also. She kept reassuring me it would be ok, and then said 'you'll be surprised" (how easy it would be) ...and I SURE was! Dr. Adornato followed up with me tonight to make sure I was ok and how I was feeling. I couldn't believe how fast and easy he made it. One thing he said to me that put me at ease was "I do this all day, every day." (meaning, he had it down to a science...... :-) That made my head switch over to trust him, and I'm glad I did. I went home in no pain, and no swelling this whole day. (I took 2 tylenol and the prescribed antibiotics). Was able to eat soft foods asap.I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Adornato is great! I was extremely anxious about being put under, so I opted to be awake but on laughing gas. He was totally okay with this and told me I could have whatever level of sedation that I wanted! Once under the gas, he and his assistant worked fast, they took out all 4 impacted teeth in 45 minutes! So cool to be totally awake during the procedure but very uninterested in what they were doing to me! I could hear cracking, buzzing, at one point the assistant had to hold down my head as he yanked one of the teeth out. All in all, very happy with Dr. Adornato and his team. I urge anyone needing wisdom teeth removed, go to Dr. Adornato. And don't bother being put under, do it with local and nitrous. Makes for a much more enjoyable surgery day, faster recovery, easier on everyone involved! Perhaps one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the dentist/oral surgeon in my life very pleasant staff really care about their patients did an excellent job of oral surgery removing a cracked tooth in fact I had zero pain afterward needed no pain medication at all. Was pleasantly surprised when the doctor called me personally at home to see how I was doing later that night.They are doing a great job of helping to prevent the spread of the virus had me wait in the parking lot until my time to come in for surgery. I was terrified of having my tooth removed. My dentist spoke very highly of him. Trust me when I tell you that you do not feel a thing. He talked me through the whole procedure and even called me later on that night.

What a wonderful oral surgeon! He took out mine and my two sisters wisdom teeth as teenagers and now removed six teeth for my daughter in order to get braces on. He is so nice and knowledgeable about what he is doing! He has great bedside manner and is number one in my opinion.

I had surgery to remove all four of my wisdom teeth, as well as another procedure to remove teeth that hadn't fallen out on their own. The staff are all amazing and help to ease the anxiety of the procedure. Reasonable prices and super friendly experience. The Dr is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Just an amazing experience. Paula in billing was the best person to work with. She went to bat for me with my insurance company because they misquoted me. She knows her stuff! My 11 year old had a terrible experience with another oral surgeon and was completely terrified to have more baby teeth extracted. Dr. Adornato was amazing with him. He explained everything in childs terms, and as the procedure was in process, he literally asked him every minute if he was ok. Impeccable bedside manners! The assistant in the room was so sweet and was checking on me too! It was much harder on me than on him. Then to top if off, Dr. Adornato called me HIMSELF later that day to check on my son. I am simply in awe of this surgeon. We drove 47 minutes to see him and quite honestly, I would drive 4 hours to see him. I was referred here by my mom’s dentist and I’m so glad they did! I had all four wisdom teeth removed in record time. The office staff were great and Dr. Adornato did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone in need of tooth removal!

She went through what to expect the day of and was very helpful when discussing my payment plan. I was referred to Dr. Adornato by friends who had gone to him, and although I was nervous, the entire process - from the first phone call to the last (the doctor called later the same day to check on me) - put me so much at ease. Dr. Adornato is my lifelong oral surgeon. I have had 2 occations for him to operate on my mouth over the past 20 years. He has exceeded my expectations both times. If I ever need an oral surgeon again Dr. Adornato will be my only Choice!!

The staff was very friendly and caring. Absolutely the best caring service I have ever experienced. Did tooth extraction and I had no pain at all. My experience with Dr Adornato was very good. He was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him. My daughter and granddaughter had the same experienced with him.

Had an abscess tooth and Dominick numbed me up and pulled it out with ease. Only felt the shot of novacaine. Didn’t feel the tooth extraction at all. Then the best thing is he called me two hours after he closed his office to see how I was doing. Highly recommend. The whole process took less than five minutes.

When I needed my wisdom teeth out I was happy to find Dr. Adornato's office. It was centrally located on route 82 in macedonia, getting to this oral surgery center was only 15 minutes from my home,his staff and the Dr were fantastic to deal with and I am grateful for the way in which they helped me.

Dr. Adornato, his office, and his staff were top-notch! The office was very clean, the staff kind, and Dr. Adornato explained each and everything he did. Dr. Adornato called 4 hours after I left to see how I was and reassured me that if I needed anything, I could call them. I highly recommend his office. Dr. Adornato's office is excellent. The doctor and the staff treat you like a person and not like they're milling you through like many other maxillofacial offices. Their patient forms are on-line which makes registration easier. The doctor explains every step of the process and is very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them above the other oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the are--TOP SHELF CARE!

I needed to be senn by an oral maxo-facial doctor within 2 weeks after being seen in ER for facial trauma due to an accident. Dr Adornato's office was the only office( out of 8) that was willing to give me an appt in that time frame and in fact gave me a same day appt! Dr Adornato and his staff were great! He has a very caring,gentle, bedside manner. He explained evrything to me thouroughly,much better than even the ER did. I am a retired RN and I cant say enough about him. Highly reccomend!

Refused to bill insurance until we contacted our insurance carrier and the called the office to tell them they were contractually obligated to bill our insurance. Wound up billing us three months after the procedure and then were threatening and nasty even though we are paying the bill. The staff claimed that "this is why we do not bill insurance." They will retaliate against you if you do not just accept their word as true and if you stand up for your rights. Go to another dentist if you can. Called and scheduled me right away, pre registered me over the phone with my insurance company. Knew what i had to pay for a tooth extraction before I went. Very friendly front office staff and assistant. Doctor was very caring and made you feel very comfortable. I have high anxiety and it didn't bother me one bit. In and out in 30 mins. Numbed me a couple times so I didn't feel pain or was uncomfortable at any point. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! I cannot say enough of my experience with Dr. Adornato and his staff. I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but they all kept me at ease and talked me through every step of my procedure. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Dr. Adornato.

Very clean and nice doctor /dentist I had two bottom wisdom removed great recovery time and very professional staff

I was in a great deal of pain due to my impacted wisdom teeth. They got me in right away and pulled my teeth 2 days later. The doc and staff wery very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Adornato.

Please get everything in writing if you choose to go there. They refused to bill our dental plan for our co-pay stating it was their policy to only bill one insurance. We had to contact our dental insurance directly to intervene on our behalf. I did not objrct to paying the co pay in advance. But to refuse to submit the claim to our idental nsurance even though they are a premiere provider is wrong.
