Dr Covington removed a class 4 pressure sore that I got while on a ventilator at Halifax Health. I had a follow up visit on 4/1/22 and I advised Dr Covington that I was out of pain medication. His office neglected to e-scribe this prescription on that Friday. I was in extreme pain 8 out of 10 all weekend. This Doctors office cannot be reached by phone and there is no after hours answering service. I was in extreme pain all weekend and have gotten little sleep. I filed a complaint with Halifax Patient Relations.
