He is great! Very bright and great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of urology. I would highly recommend him.

Having visited a urologist who was insulted by me wanting to be involved in my own healthcare decisions, it was so refreshing to have Dr. May be excited about my involvement and was very informative about my diagnosis along with the multiple options I could consider in managing my personal health issues. I can see why he is so highly recommended, competent and very cooperative!!

My Grandpa was 74 years old and has passed away this week. All I can say is that Dr May deserves a lawsuit but my Grandpa was so loving and caring it is not what he would want. It all started with a procedure that Dr May encouraged my grandpa to do. He had the procedure and was sent home the same day. A few days later my Grandpa collapsed and diagnosed that he had an infection. They prescribed him over the counter antibiotic..... (he is 74 and they give him some pills for a surgical infection) Turns out the infection was Strep and had gone Sepsis Because the antibiotics pills they gave him weren’t strong enough. It took Dr May 3 FULL days to get to my grandpa and help him. He suffered with a sepsis infection for 3 full days before we got a word from Dr May. Dr May went into surgery and took out the components and cleared the infection. We thought my Grandpa would recover but his body was to weak and his heart stopped last night. The sad thing is that it felt like Dr May didn’t care about him and that is my honest opinion. My wife works at Foot Hills Medical center and she was astounded that it took so long for Dr May to get to him, As if he was an inconvenience. Absolutely heart broken, Rest In Peace Grandpa ???? Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr May! I went in for a vasectomy. Dr May was super nice, had all the answers to my questions, and calmed any nerves I had about the procedure. Honesty, I was in and out so quick, I didn't have time to be nervous! He got the job done while I chatted his ear off! My nurse was also fantastic! I went to The Urology Center of Colorado for a vasectomy with Dr. Donald. He was absolutely amazing! Super nice guy, and get the job done well I chatted his ear off. It was all over before I could be nervous about it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to TUCC for several years. Dr. May ,and everyone there have been amazing. Very kind, professional, they listen and are incredibly fast at returning phone calls. Wait time in the office is minimal. They truly are the best.

Dr. May takes the time to let you ask questions and explain the answers in plain English. He will explain questions you might not even be aware enough to ask. He’s good guy and a great doctor! I would recommend hi in a heart beat to anyone who is looking for a Urologist.

I was referred to Dr. May by the hospital ER and subsequently by my GP to solve a large kidney stone situation. I was not familiar with kidney stone issues and I was very nervous. Dr. May explained the decision to proceed with the least invasive procedure and explained the pros and cons in a respectful and friendly manner. As a result, I felt confident with the recommeded lipotripsy and all came out well. I highly recommend Dr. May.

Dr. May most likely saved my life with his knowledge and experience. He explained the condition and options clearly and thoroughly. He referred me to an expert in Cryoablation for RCC. I have felt confident and grateful under his care.

Dr. May scheduled 8 vasectomies for his 10am docket. I was "talked out" of having my General anesthesia administered. I was informed that going-under was completely unnecessary and a local anesthesia was "what all the other guys are doing". Dr. May rushed into my room after prep, slammed 4 shots into my testicles and left saying he would be back in 40 minutes. 25 minutes later he returned and immediately cut into my testicles, I yelled at him to stop. Overall, it was the worst experience.

Dr.May is tremendous. He is very bright, he loves his work and it shows. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of urology and adept at applying that knowledge. He listens and always charts out the best course of action. In addition, he is very personable. He is fun to talk to as time allows. Well rounded and enjoys life to the fullest. Highly recommend!
