Dr Solus Does a great job and very friendly staff.

I will never go back! If you go in to see him just make sure he is a provider for your insurance. They took my $20.00 co-pay knowing all along that Anthem Blue Cross was no longer working with them. Not too long afterwards I received a bill for $225.00 with a “You must pay” note attached to it. I wish they would have been up front and told me my insurance was no longer any good in their office so I could have gone elsewhere. I will never go back! Dr. Solus is a competent doctor, very knowledgeable, and kind. His office staff are very helpful, too.

The doctor's care is fine. However, the staff is horrendous to deal with. On the rare occasions they actually answer the phone, they are short and rude. I had to listen to a diatribe this morning from whoever answered the phone about how short staffed they are. While I can sympathize, as a customer, I just don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear excuses about why after THREE WEEKS, I STILL have not received required paperwork I need for my employer, nor did I receive a return cal

AFTER BEING AT A RELATIVE'S, AND HAVING TO STOP OVER TO GET PARTS FOR OUR TRAVEL TRAILOR, I BECAME VERY ILL. WE WERE AT LEAST 70 MILES FROM ANY HOSPITAL OR URGENT CARE. I CALLED DR. SOLUS'S OFFICE AND TALKED TO MANDY. WE THEN DROVE 70 MILES AND WAS ABLE TO GET IN THE SAME DAY. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND DR. SOLUS WAS SO FRIENDLY, SMILING AND HELFUL. HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR WHO LISTENED AND IS VERY CONCERNED. PLEASE GIVE HIM A CALL IF YOU NEED URGENT CARE! I HAVE HEART PROBLEMS, AND ALSO NEEDED REFILLS ON MY MEDICENE WHICH I WAS OUT OF AND COULDN'T GET BACK TO MY PCD. THANK YOU TO DR. SOLUS AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF FOR YOUR CONCERN.
