The best Doctor. Dr. Peace

I have seen her three times and have always had a great experience. I am very grateful for you Dr Peace! (SJ)

Let me start off with saying I am usually not a fan of doctors at all, but I had such a great experience here. All the staff is wonderful and so very helpful. I recently moved here and scheduled an appointment for not only myself but my 2 young children at the same time. Normally that would have been a nightmare, but the staff here are so helpful and Dr. Peace is absolutely great. They listen to your concerns, questions, and take the time to get to know you as a person not just a medical chart. I am 58 so I have been around the block and know from the get go if a Dr knows what they are talking about. Dr. Donna Peace is an exceptional doctor. I spent 45 min with her today. She was attentive, understanding, knowledgeable and never tried to rush me out the door and the staff were just as great. I have had to deal with a lot of idiot Dr's in Prescott and Prescott Valley, which is a much shorter drive then Flagstaff, in my opinion it is well worth the drive. Dr. Peace is an excellent physician who always listens and offers the best care possible.

Dr peace is good, her staff is absolutely horrible. Doors locked, staff at desk refusing to answer the phone DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Was trying to get a copy of my lab orders to take to the lab with me, lab said they didn't Freddie them from the office. After what just happened, I am no longer surprised.

I've loved Dr. Peace for years, but since she joined Summit Healthcare, the bureaucracy has become burdensome and it seems to be even more difficult to get a response from the office staff than it was before. You can wait forever (literally) for a callback using the VM system, and sometimes you have to resort to going in and insisting on speaking to someone.Things get sorted out pretty swiftly then. At least one front desk person isn't knowledgeable at all and is abysmal at routing messages.

Great Doctor, Front desk person not so much. Feel like I am always talking to someone who isn't fully there 100% when I call. It gets very frustrating to talk with someone who seems so lost on the phone. Love the doctor but not the girl at the front desk.

She's not a pill pusher. She's sweet and a good listener

Dr. Peace is good and nice but her staff likes to hang up on you and doesn't help when you have a problem or question over the phone.
