When you call, you are not given the option to talk with a live person, not even to make an appointment. You have to leave a message and then if they call you, they will not schedule an appointment but tell you that they will give the message to the doctor and call you back. They do not call you back. The office is unorganized and the doctors are terribly stressed. Every time we been there personally, a nurse has interrupted our visit with the doctor asking of another patient question. We now go to an Urgent Care to get proper care. We will be looking for a competent Family practice. This one is not.

Dr. Best has been my doctor for the past several years and I have nothing but good things to say about her and the practice. Any problem that I have had she resolved. She is kind, patient and a very good listener. If you are in search of a new physician I would definitely recommend her and her staff.

Doctor cold as ice. Palmetto Family Medicine, now owned by Prisma, no longer cares about patients. Assembly-line mentality, long wait times. Refused to fill my prescription. I have been going there for 20 years, and am now looking for a new Primary.

She overcharges. She says that she's spending time with the patient. Actually, she's out having breakfast and chatting with her coworkers.

Dr. Best is an excellent and very thorough family medicine practitioner. She genuinely cares for her patients and takes the time to listen and to fully assess their condition. She is extremely knowledgeable in practice and preventative medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Best for all of your medical needs.

She looked me in the eye and said, "I don't know why you're here"...I was there for a check up and pap smear, and I said as much. She did neither. The only thing she did was belittle me.

Went into get physical all had done was take blood pressure said they would take insurance charge me 100 also called insurance company paid them also
