Dr. Wilson Is extremely knowledgeable and very caring.

Terrible experience. Three follow ups and a different course of action each time. No consistency. Have to remind the doctor of concerns and feel rushed. Not friendly at front desk. Over talk medical verbiage to compensate what they do practice which is scheduling you in for co-pay money every three months. Would not recommend.

Great as always. Very efficient.

I love Dr.Wilson. I won’t go to any other dermatologist. She’s very natural in has an eye for technique. Doesn’t sell you anything just to make money.

Dr Wilson is very through, cares about your concerns & takes her time with you. I worked a a Derm office in Yardley & the female Dr didn’t care at all about her patients ( disgraceful) this office is very efficient & professional, I would Highly Recommend Dr Wilson !!

I highly recommend this dermatology office. I am a new patient and I was accommodated and squeezed in to be seen for an urgent matter. The staff and Dr. Wilson are beyond professional and courteous. And I must add, they are the most Covid19 friendly office I have ever seen. As a nurse, I can tell that they are taking every extra precaution to keep their practice safe for the patients. Upon arriving, I called them from the car and they asked me several screening questions. Then they asked me to come into the office, and they took my temperature. Shortly after I was put into my room immediately.The visit ran efficiently and I definitely will be back if I ever need to. Thank you! I highly recommend this dermatology office. Dr. Wilson is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I visted during pandemic protocols and felt very safe. I have been twice now for annual skin checks and will continue with thei practice.

I think that Wilson Dermatology is the most wonderful practice !! I was seeing another practice many years ago in Plymouth Meeting. The so called bedside manner was horrible. I never returned. After searching, I discovered Dr. Wilson. My first scheduled appointment was cancelled due to the pandemic, which was understandable. But when they could see patients again, the office reached out to me to re-schedule. My first actual visit was great. The staff great you at the door with all the precautions that the CDC expects. Meeting Dr. Wilson was the best. She is the most caring individual. You never felt rushed. She listened to all my concerns and answered questions. I returned in May to have minor surgery done. She again was wonderful and so was her staff. I had some discomfort and pain after the surgery, but she was always available for my sometimes dumb phone calls. I have healed and I am thankful for Dr. Wilson everyday !! I would HIGHLY recommend her as your future dermatologist .

I like other clients happen to think Dr. Wilson is a great doctor, however her staff specifically Leah the front desk receptionist is very unprofessional and rude! I have a call into the doctor, hopefully she can see this review and make changes to her staff.

I have received 5 ???? plus Care from this office, after suffering for 7 years,treating with 5+ dermatologist's,5 infectious desease Drs.. "What a difference a day atmakes"! Thanks to a Wonderful Dr.and Staff"

Saw the physicians assistant and loved her. Husband had a full body scan for moles etc. Very thorough. Felt at ease when she explained the differences of spots on his body. We have a future appointment for some other things that need to be taken care of. Staff was great.

The receptionist is Rude and does not return calls. She is what will ruin this Doctors practice. The doctor does not return calls either.

I went in to see Dr. Wilson for a spot on my nose. She froze the spot without even doing a biopsy! A year later the spot was even bigger, turned out to be basal cell melanoma, invasive. I had to have a portion of my nose removed by a plastic surgeon; have had 2 surgeries so far and it still doesn't look good. If this had been biopsied and diagnosed when I went in to see Dr. Wilson I would probably not be going through a third surgery to try to make my nose look at least presentable! I will NEVER go back to that doctor again, nor recommend her to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for several years and she is amazing! She is so kind and compassionate with expertise who could ask for more, I am thoroughly satisfied and would recommend her highly to anyone and I do!

I had a great visit with Jennifer today. I was worried about a mark on my face and she was able to identify it immediately, and take care of it. She removed other cysts I've had for years. I showed her something on my back and leg. She asked if I wanted her to take care of that today too. We did. I would definitely recommend her.

Very happy with the visit. Dr. Wilson is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Everything went as planned. The most surprising part there was no issues between office and my insurance. I actually paid and was done. Compare to other doctors – the dreadful exchange of phone calls can go on for months trying to explain that they filed wrong code etc. I am so used to fighting for payment after each doctor’s visit that this one was a surprise. If I could give this place zero stars than I would. I created a google account just to be a good person and warn others about this place and I have never written a review about anything, but my experience with this office was just absolutely horrible. I have no idea where any of these good reviews come from, most likely friends of the office. First and foremost, THEY LIE! They will tell you anything to keep you coming back for copay money and will not attend to your case unless you actively check in. They play games with your insurance information (tell you something is covered, when in actuality they never even checked at all to see if it was, but will gladly attempt to send a prescription over and have pharmacies calling you randomly). I worked in medical billing and coding for years and it is not hard to tell what they are trying to do. Secondly, the people there are flat out rude. I have spoken to some nicer people, but they are predominately rude and carry a sense of arrogance. If you find yourself at this place, BE SURE to ASK QUESTIONS or they will get you as well. The girl at the desk (chubby one) is extremely rude. The rest of the staff has an uplifting attitude. Dr is really nice however does not seem quite knowledgeable about different conditions. I wasted 5 visits here. I went to another dermatologist and my issue was solved in 2 visits....

We saw PA named Jen today and had a great experience. My daughter was seen and Jen took a lot of time with us, very thorough visit.

It's easy to get an appt. The office is clean & modern. Here's where things go downhill...they use an outside billing office. It is damn near impossible to get things resolved with them. Faxed copies of cashed checks in August and just received another statement that still does not show the cashed check being applied. When I call the billing office no one answers and you can't leave a voicemail. I called the office directly and the office manager will have to get back to me. Unacceptable!

I explained my problem to the nurse before seeing the doctor, and then heard her tell Dr. Wilson on the other side of the door. Dr. Wilson said "oh it's just an allergic reaction" and blew me off before even opening the door and seeing me. I repeatedly explained that I had the problem for 3.5 months, and she continued to speak over me telling me it was an allergic reaction that would last a week. This appointment was a waste of time and money, since I was never looked at or listened to.

Very professional, minimal wait time and the doctor was great with my daughter.

I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson. She is knowledgeable, confident, and most importantly she truly is concerned about your well being. When having health issues it is reassuring to have someone to go to that makes you feel like more then just a number. Thank you Dr. Wilson and staff.

Excellent physician! She is caring, personable and most of all listens to the pts concerns and will address your questions. She treated my son's acne he looks amazing. Highly recommend the Dr and her attentive staff.
