Dr Metkus has been my doctor for years. He is an excellent doctor and highly recommended.

Doctor Metkus, He is one of the finest physicians that I have ever experienced. He is compassionate, understanding, extremely knowledgeable. He has the unique ability to explain everything in a very understandable way to all of his patients. Anyone fortunate enough to have him As their primary physician is extremely lucky.

I really like Dr Metkus and think he is very thorough. He speaks to you so you understand and covers all the bases. . It's tough to explain I just really like him and feel very comfortable in his office. The front desk staff is very thorough also. They found me a specialist who accepts my insurance sent me all his info and promptly got him a referral. Definitely recommend this office. . Thanks Dr Metkus. I’ve been a patient of Dr Metkus for 24 years. He is thorough, professional and a superb diagnostician. I feel very fortunate to have a doctor who doesn’t rush and makes sure I understand exactly what he’s telling me. The office staff are all very professional and helpful. Great practice!

My aunt was a long time patient of Dr Metkus and his practice. In April of 2017 she lost her appetite and stopped eating all together. Dr. Metkus sent her to see many specialist for test with no results to lead him to a diagnosis. She passed away in November 21,2017 from cancer. My issue with this practice is that they saw her on a pretty regular basis and she lost 60 lbs from April and no one (not a doctor or nurse who saw her) thought this could be an issue for a 77 year old women to lose such a considerable amount of weight in a short time frame. She weighed less than 90lbs when she passed away. By the time a doctor diagnosed her at St Mary’s hospital (she eventually was hospitalized for dehydration) it was too late for any treatment or surgery since she was so weak from not eating for 6 months. I would never recommend this practice to ANYONE because I hold them totally responsible for my aunt’s death. He told her after I called him to complain that she should tell me he was treating her as he would his own aunt, mother, wife, child, etc.. which tells me he must not like his family too much because he killed her. I'm usually a patient of Dr. Litovsky, however, I ran into an emergency situation on Friday, of course right before the weekend! But between the AMAZING staff and Dr. Metkus squeezing me in (you wouldn't have known it because he took his time and did not rush anything) I got there and got the help I needed!!!! Thank you to the ENTIRE staff at Medical Arts, you all are truly amazing!
