Dont go to him!!!!!! You will regret it

I guess the truth hurts. My original review was banned by heathgrades. Try being a patient trying to find a medical professional (if that's what you call him) that will accept your medical insurance...Medicare/ Medicade...Dr Ankron refuses to accept them together. In 2016 Dr Ankron ordered a Ultrasound for I was having issues with kidney stones...The ultrasound was completed and to my surprise, Dr Ankron cancelled my March followup appointment and I was told there would be no appointments until after June. I never received the results of my Ultrasound, so in June I picked up my results and took them to my primary care physician... What I would like to warn other potential patients of Dr Ankron...PLEASE READ HIS REVIEWS....

I brought my CT scans and stays to him from another hospital the day of my appointment. I was in the waiting room and in a room a total of maybe 12 minutes 4 of which I had my appointment with Dr. Ankrom. So with little time he couldn't have reviewed my CD of my CT scan nor my x-ray at least thoroughly. He totally blew me off wouldn't let me talk the sent me to a GI specialist. I have kidney stones not gallstones had already been checked. Bad bedside manners.

I had the misfortune of being referred to Dr. Ankrom following an illness in the hospital. Not only did he misdiagnose my problem which caused my condition to deteriorate, he showed little empathy while he showed x-rays to my family of my "kidney cancer". Eventually, I was sent to Doctors Hospital in Modesto and Ankrom's diagnose was discovered to be completely incorrect. Needless to say, I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I got well in spite of his care.

Dr. ANKROM considers the whole person. He is very honest, forthright, and speaks plainly.
