Well to start off with I’m going to say Victor is a good doctor honest person I respect and like him like him very much now his staff at least one of them and his staff needs to get some communication skills if she was going to continue to work for me. My story started I went there and I hadn’t give me an eye exam decided to try him and buy my glasses from him and that was my first mistake and all my previous years he did my test I took my prescription and went somewhere else and had my glasses made and with the experience I had with them that’s what I’ll do next time. I start off I said I bought the glasses I had transitions I had that anti-special anti-glare resistant put on it that whatever it’s called I think it was very expensive I made it adds over $300 to the price your glasses if you have what I had done with the transitions to glare coding the scratch resistant everything I had a whole bottle of wax she asked me do I want him to darken up in the car I said yes well I got them I took them home and within three days I noticed the ledge had chipped on the inside by the upper framework and I noticed I was getting a headache when I tried to read with him so I called him I told him everything I was having an issue with and I definitely needed to bring them back but I didn’t know if I need an appointment or not the recording said they call me back within two days well they never did call me back they didn’t wanna talk to me from what I guess so I end up driving there which is like an hour drive for me to drive to where they are from where I live I got there and Victor was very nice polite seem to be understanding the receptionist when I told her they didn’t dark enough she took my glasses went back and put them in some kind of control environment case to make sure that they darkened up she comes back slaps them on the counter and says they get dark and I thought honestly I picked them up and the actual frames and the glasses were hot they put them in some kind of Crunchyroll environment where they got hot as long with the bright light sure they got dark and they’re controlled environment but if they wanted to know the truth all they had to do was walk right outside look at the sun but I didn’t wanna know the truth bottom line I have to let them remake my glasses but I’ll never use them to buy my glasses again because of that lady she had no respect for me whatsoever if she wanted to know the truth about what classes did you would’ve walked outside with them. I know it’s a long story and I apologize but they definitely need to work on teaching your staff how to deal with people. When I get my glasses back I’ll never go back not unless they want to compensate me in someway for everything they put me through. Up until today, I was completely satisfied with the service at this location. I have a demanding occupation and very physical. I went to this office with the confidence they would get what I do and understand my needs for eyewear. I trusted their staff into giving me all I needed. I just found out today that someone messed up and did not give my glasses scratch resistance like I had wanted. I called them on this and they refused to speak with me and hung up the phone when I told them they had the wrong information, because I would have never ordered glasses without scratch resistance. I tried calling back for over an hour and they refused to speak with me. Myself and my family will never go back to this office for eyewear. I have never had a doctor's office every disrespect me in this way. Instead of resolving the problem, they chose to ignore the situation. He is the best!!! I dream the day he decides to give it up!!!!

He was the only Doctor to find the small issue causing me big problems. I will hate the day he decides to retire.

I really loved the people, very nice. The doctor was very almost entertaining, but I am still waiting for glasses and it has been longer than two weeks. I do understand it is our of their control.
