Dr. Douglas M Farrago

Dr. Farrago is the caring kind of doctor one hopes to find...very knowledgeable and spends his time WITH ME and not writing on his laptop. He takes the time to explain what he thinks and does, to answer my questions (my "whys?") and will even send follow-up info in an e-mail. He along with Christine and Debbie are more like family than a service provider to me. The service is great (no waiting), very professional, yet all are willing to take the time to make the visit as pleasant as possible.

I have visited Dr. Farrago’s office at Forest Direct Primary Care in Forest, Virginia several times. The visits have all been very pleasant. Dr. Farrago is very efficient and knowledgeable. He will sit down with you and patiently listen to you. He is more than just a doctor to his patients...He is our friend. I have never waited for an appointment when needed. I highly recommend him!

Not great. We came from another state's DPC practice. This office took offense that we asked questions about covered services in comparison to what we had previously.

Dr. Farrago is awesome. Takes the time to do the job the way it should be done. So rare these days! His sense of humor is icing on the cake.

Dr. Farrago is great. Unlike other doctors, he takes the time to listen. If I don't have time for an appointment, I can email him. Super convenient for a busy mom! He is very smart and funny. What he offers is worth at least twice what we pay.

Dr. Farrago is, simply put, fantastic. His wit, down to earth nature and committment to comprehensive care are priceless. I wish more doctors were like him!

Dr. Farrago is one of the most dedicated family docs I know. He really cares about his patients and strives to do his very best at all times. While sometimes sarcastic, he's as genuine as they come.

Terrible customer service. I would avoid this practice at all costs. Paying a premium for this level of service is not worth it.

Dr. Farrago is professional, thorough, kind and accessible!! My family of four has been extremely satisfied with the care we have received. We have never felt rushed. He responds to emails, texts and phone calls promptly. I especially appreciate his desire to promote preventive care and healthy habits.

Doctor Farrago is the best doc I've ever had, and I've had a pack of them. He's passionate about his work and really cares about me a patient. He's available for advice via text and email, which is awesome. He's approachable and unrushed during appointments, so I always feel heard. Heck, he schedules a whole hour for my physical and spends almost the whole time with me. Hands down, the best doc in central VA.

Was able to help our family in an emergency situation when my husband had an accident cutting wood and needed stitches. Called Dr Farrago and he met us in his office on a weekend within 45 mins to stich my husbands head. Happy that it was quick and efficient. He's also helpful providing coupons for prescription to get the best price when an RX is needed. Very Pleased ! Christine (office staff) is superb too!

Dr. Farrago is wonderful. After my initial visit with him he knew me better than my previous doctor did after 20+ years. He is knowledgeable and accessible. I highly recommend him.
