The best pain management doctor you’ll find in New Jersey!

I suffer from extreme chronic pain. Dr.Spiel didn't help my situation. Years after his billing service began trying to bilk me for non services. His office was no help. four years after, another $50 is 'creatively' added to a bill. I need pain management but keep telling my primary care doctor, why send me back to a doctor who was no help. besides being harassed when calling office.to address a billing error. It ventures into fraud making up an additional fee, 4 years after! Dr Spiel is not worth the time wasted. beyond being zero help with health.

Doctor Spiel, Sergio and office staff are pleasant, informative and supportive.

Handled my lower back pain, no longer suffering. My recovery was easy, felt better immediately.

I would recommend treatment to all who suffer from RA or any of the joint diseases associated. I feel much better now more active and the only thing which is still bothering me is my left wrist which is not the bone but the tendons.

Every single member of the office is ready to help you and to expedite the paperwork needed to have all the exams to arrive to the diagnosis. As soon you arrive to the office, you feel that you are in the right place. They have great communication skills. The office is nice and clean. Most important, you don't need to wait for an appointment.

Dr. Spiel is the best doctor! He has helped me so much! He is caring and kind. I came to him in terrible pain. My lower back was so bad that I could hardly walk. After treating for lower back pain with injections, I had Rhizotomy surgery. I can now walk again without the horrible pain. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Spiel to help me! I will always be grateful for his professional treatment. He really knows what to do to help people in serious pain?

Dr Spiel has been treating me for chronic pelvic pain and interstitial cystitis for over 3 years. He literally has changed my life and my quality of life. As time goes on I need fewer treatments and have improved at least 65% Which is much better than any other medical professional can offer me. I highly recommend him and am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, and kindness. I truly believe he is the best in his field.

My name is Vincent Bono went to dr Douglas spiel for chronic pelvis pain,spoke with his male assisant like they were the best thing on the planet when it came to chronic pelvis pain,anyway they had my hopes really high,we set appointment up at trinity hosiptal for blocker injections.. went through hell including getting knocked out and staying there hours after the procedure.....RESULTS POOR! weeks later same hospital stronger injections...results POOR! after that they were all hiding. SAD. .

I have found Dr. Spiel to be an excellent physician. He does tell it to you straight, perhaps some people find this difficult. I found that I can ask him anything and he will respond with a vast knowledge of his chosen field of medicine. I have been in intense pain, he has always been responsive, helpful and caring. His office staff is often overworked but, I believe that is because he is so busy. They have been very kind to me and very helpful. I highly recommend him !
