Dr. Naveen Mehrotra

This doctor's practice is a joke. This doctor is not at all invested in the wellbeing of his patients. The time spent in the room is unacceptable, he's in a rush to rush out the door. The office staff is inexperienced, and rude, and have a hard time communicating in English. Getting an appointment is very hard, (even for sick visit) my son was complaining for severe pain in the back of his head, and I was told that "this is not an emergency"!!! I was given a hell of a hard time when I wanted to moved my kids records to the new doctor.

Mismanaged office, no respect for patients time. they called 5 min before the scheduled appointment to reach in other office(which is 15 min far) for a vaccination. Changing my pediatrician.

Dr. Naveen Mehrotra is my 3 boys doctors since my first born was 6 months old, now my boys are 17th, 15th and 8. Dr. Mehrotra is the best doctor always professional and take his time with patients to listen and understanding the medical issue/problem, his experiences and knowledge makes a huge differences he always on point with prescription and treatment to make my kids get better since 2002. He was outstanding helping us with my oldest son treading his asthma as a baby until he grow out of this condition. The ladies at the office and the other doctors that work with him are also outstanding on accommodation appointments and providing information to the patients and parents. We a truly thankful for all the professionals that makes the differences when you visit his office with a sick child. King Regards, The Atehortua Family.

Routine visit. My oldest is now 22 and youngest 17. We have been with Dr. Mehrotra since March 1997 and I am always thankful and satisfied.

Had been taking our daughter to Dr. Mehrotra for last 9 years. To us, he is someone who we respect, trust, depend on, someone who we are happy to rely on for our kid. To our kid, he is Doctor Uncle. Dr Mehrotra not only helps the kids, he patiently listens to them, their stories ... It is really 'My Whole Child'. God Bless Him.

The doctor herself isn’t bad, but her staff needs some real training. Every time i call here or come in theyre a mess and have nothing correct.

Has been my childrens pediatrician for over 20 years..Now I am a grandma and proud of my daughter for selecting Dr Mehrotra as her daughters pediatrician will not recomend any other. Caring for his children and the community. Always available and informative. Thank You!! Dr Mehrotra and staff for taking care of my family.

This was my first visit and all the staff were very helpful and patient. The guided us well and were very courteous and professional. Especially Diana who is extremely good with children. She took the time to answer my doubts. Also the lady at the reception was very helpful. Dr. Amrita Pompy was very knowledgeable and really good with my daughter, Explained things clearly and well. Dr. Mehrotra has been the Pediatrician for both our kids for many years now and we have been extremely pleased with his approach, friendliness of the support staff, nurse/medical assistants etc..would highly recommend..

Doctor is pleasant, very receptive with the kids. My boys enjoy seeing her (Dr. Pompy). Downfall They not very good at returning calls and almost imposible to speak to the nurse/MD if you have an issues.

These guys are only money oriented service is so poor. i had alt east 3-4 instances . My daughter had an appointment today @ 11AM EST and they are supposed to sent the meditation to piscataway Walmart- I calling them from 1PM EST to inform the prescription has not arrived now its 4.21 PM am still waiting in Walmart. Now they are informing Doctor forgot to send it and My daughter is in Pain , now they are telling it was sent to a different walmart. They waont allow to talk to doctor- Sam

We live in piscataway and we are so lucky to find this practice. We are happy with the attention and service we get here . Dr.Mehrotra especially is very knowledgeable and humble, I once remeber calling him around 3.00 am in the morning, and he was so patient and took time to advise us on what needs to be done. They are very busy , so prior appoitment will help avoid waiting time.

Doc is very good but wait is always over 1hr long,

Good Doc was referred by a common friends and enjoyed working with him, but his office staff is horrible. i moved on to another doc due their poor attitude. i hope they are getting paid from the insurance firm for the service they are providing ?.

Dr is okay, the billing department has significant unprofessional issues. Been with the doctor for about 5 years, all bill paid, missed one. They didn't try to contact me, sent it to Collection Agencies. Now I find out after 6 years that the Collection Agency on behalf of Dr. Mehrotra has been providing negative remarks on my credit-report. I guess that's the way this doctor works as well too?

Dr Mehrotra is one of those doctors who answers your questions, spends time in talking about what is important for the child. We are first time parents and having a doctor like him who knows how to get the message through at ease, sharing all the options we have and giving his opinion about the matter helped us all through. He knows his subject very well and we are thankful to God for a doctor like him. He always brings a smile on Joshua's face on every visit. Love his staff and clinic too.
