Oh. My. Gosh. Where do I start? I’ve never felt more uncomfortable around a doctor. I noticed a few things in the waiting room, no staff wearing masks in a medical office was a clue… but I still wore mine, of course. I was taken back to a room where there was no paper on the chair, no cleaning supplies, nothing wiped or cleaned before or after my X-ray. And also, the X-ray machine was an antique! I’ve literally never seen one so old. Then I met Dr. Webb… who also wasn’t wearing a mask, SMACKING GUM, and immediately harassed me and my husband for wearing our masks. He told me to take it off, that I didn’t need it, and that they don’t work. I said matter of opinion to keep it moving, but he kept pushing. Then he asked about my vaccine status, and harassed me for that. I politely asked if we could discuss what I came for, my ankle. He continued to tell me about the medication I should take for my “vaccine problems”, that I don’t have. He told continued to spew false information, even giving me a printout of doctor referrals that will prescribe ivermectin and other medications that have been removed from store shelves for a reason … and he’s a DOCTOR… a FOOT doctor… COVID isn’t exactly in his specialty. And when it came to his specialty, he looked at my X-ray and said “it’s definitely broken. Wait, no it’s not.” Told me I had ligament damage, that I needed a soft cast. As he walked out of the room he mentioned surgery… as he was WALKING OUT. I definitely wanted another opinion, to which I told the assistant. She happily obliged, but then the doctor barged back in denying he mentioned surgery (even though the assistant also heard it). And not that it matters after all this, but I waited over an hour to be seen. Doc, stick to feet, the thing people come to see you for. And stop bullying your patients - be a respectful human being. Dr. Webb is the best podiatrist ever, both smart and kind. He is up front about everything, including billing, and I love being treated like a person instead of a demographic category known as Gramma to whom you must speak loudly and clearly in single syllables. Dr. Webb talks to you like an adult and treats you with dignity. The office is very pleasant, too, lots of windows, shade in the parking lot, friendly staff, comfortable chairs. Wonderful experience!

1. Unprofessional (Donna) 2. Lack of proper and TIMELY communication 3. -I scheduled an appointment in March and informed them it was workers comp. -It was canceled due to Covid-19 - Once the city reopened I scheduled another appointment for June 2020. -Donna rude self cancelled it. When I called she stated, "we dont take workers comp." I asked, since when?. Rude Donna stated, "for a while now." - So why wasn't I informed in MARCH, APRIL, MAY, OR EVEN WHEN I CALLED LAST WEEK to schedule my appointment!? - I could have been found AND SEEN a different specialist by now. 4. Donna Deana Kim and dr Webb are the sweetest people I’ve ever met in a doctors office! ???? I feel like I’ve already known them for a while! I had nail surgery and let me tell you I get sweaty and nervous before any procedure I’m such a chicken!! Kim was there in the room with me the entire time holding my hand. I don’t know how many times I apologized for my hands beating sweaty but she didn’t mind . I’m so thankful for her being there and dr Webb for talking to me the whole way through. I appreciate it and I 10/10 recommend you go there for any foot complications you may have !! Thank you !!!???????????? Dr Webb was very friendly and fixed my ankle back to normal. I’m doing all my regular activities again. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Dr. Webb has been so helpful!! I have been putting off an issue with my foot because I thought that the only solution was surgery. He quickly diagnosed the issue and has me on a path to healing (so far without surgery!). Oh, and his office staff is amazing and really works with my schedule. Thanks so much!

Dr Webb communicates well. A true professional. He has fixed all my foot problems. I would recommend him to my friends. His office staff is super also.

Been going to him since I was little, love everyone there!

My son was having pain walking. He was that kid that hated TV and only wanted to play outside. His pain got to where he would just cry from running and playing. We saw Dr. Webb and he and his staff were awesome! My son was healed without surgery within 6-8 weeks. I appreciate the time he takes with his patients and his effort to fix my son's feet without surgery. He is kind and funny and professional. Staff are super, super sweet and do well with children.
