Dr. Dustin R Baker

Sarah who works the front desk for Baker is extremely rude and acts like she could care less about her job/patients. I called to get a prescription before leaving town and she told me that she would talk to Dr.Baker. Called the next day to see about prescription and she told me he wasn’t in on Friday’s and I’d live without my medication for a couple days. Honestly I dread having to call in to ask question or make an appointment because I know Sarah will be the one to answer the phone and give me the run around or just be flat out rude. My last appt they had a very sweet girl rooming patients. I asked her if I could make it where Sarah would not room me when I come in for appointments and she let me know that I was not the first one to ask for this accommodation. Apparently there have been a lot of complaints about her! I will be finding a new doctor because of this.

My daughter went to see the doctor yesterday but he just looked in her throat and said she has a virus. Didn’t check her for bronchitis or the flu or of course Covid!!! Told me to go get her her some Alka-Seltzer plus and then she can go back to school tomorrow. He didn’t give her any prescription at all! She went home and coughed up green all night!! The next day went to urgent care got her tested for everything and a drs statement and some prescription. It was viral but at least we now know! I've taken my kids to Dr. Baker since they were babies. He always takes his time figuring out what's wrong with them and how we can get them better. I am so thankful for such a great doctor. I highly recommend him!

Friendly staff.. Dr. Baker is one of the best!

Will not see his patient that is in crisis over a $75 bill. But has been his patient since birth. Sorry Doc Baker, you r a good Dr but your uncaring collectors up front are unacceptable.

Doctor and staff are nice, but when it came time to make a referral for a different provider, I was left hanging and made to feel as though I was not a priority for them. After over a week I started trying to find my own referral.

Great doc. Staff is super friendly and he takes the time to listen and address your needs.

Dr Baker is great. His staff is kind and professional. Dr Baker is by far the best Dr. i have seen.

Dr. Baker was a godsend to me. I started taking my grandsons ( both of whom are on the Autism Spectrum) to him 5-6 yrs ago. He is the kindest, most patient, most caring doctor I’ve ever known. He shows a genuine interest in their lives and always takes the time to listen to any problems. He then gives guidance and advice in such a positive way. Dr. Baker was a godsend to me. Very understanding. And he will listen to your health problems and figure out a solution that fits your needs. A 5 star doctor. He's good at what he does.

Dr. Baker so far has been the best doctor I have seen. He is down to earth and never talks down to me as a patient. He isn't afraid to engage in discussions and seems to value my input way more than past pcp's I have had. Add to that I have never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes...total.....before I see him. The nurse staff is incredibly friendly as is the admin staff. Since he has been treating me I no longer fret going to the doctor's office! Dr. Baker so far has been the best doctor I have seen. Dr. Baker is everything I was looking for in a family doctor. I'm a 53 year old male relatively healthy and active with the basic aches and pains. He is prompt, kind, compassionate, asks about my family and just flat out delivers great medical care. This guy is a slam dunk and his staff is incredible. Wouldn't ever want to change!!!
