Horrible! Dentist are non experienced!

I do not recommend this place. They tell you one thing over the phone and then end up saying something else in person. The work that I had done was no done correctly and I felt like they just did to get my money

Both my daughter (19 months old) went in and everyone was great with her. They were very accommodating and understanding to seeing her and I together which I greatly appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dentist was also very nice and explained everything that he needed to. It was a quick and painless visit.

Regular check up and cleaning ... smooth, thorough, and painless!

Everyone was professional, helpful, and kind. They were able to schedule me very quickly and I'm grateful to be free of pain after treatment.

Such a friendly staff and environment to be in. All the assistants are so sweet and knowledgeable. Both dentists are amazing! As They are patient, knowledgeable , and caring. These are the reasons why I’ve come back 3 times, and plan to continue coming here and bringing my little ones next.

Great experience. Love the way Dr Goetz does the cleaning.

I just want to say that the dentist and his team of assistants work well together to make me feel comfortable and to make a great treatment plan for me

All off the staff are very good. And do care about you being able to afford what work is being done. In this very difficult time we are all going through financially it is nice to have someone who cares this is been a very long process through the last year. But I am finally coming down to my last leg of all the implants and the crowns I had put on. I'm very glad that Mayra and Dr. Geotz were able to help me through all of this. All of the staff of been very helpful and I would recommend this dentist to anybody.

They were knowledgeable and kind. Told me what I needed to avoid and cut back on with out being judging about my smoking habits. Top notch in my opinion. Thanks and am excited for future appointments

Great office ! The doctor was able to help my husband in an emergency when we had visited two other places his was the only one to help us ! We are beyond grateful for the great service and relief provide for my husband and the staff is friendly and great also . Highly recommend for all your dental needs .

My mother was scheduled for surgery and was prescribed pain medicine that gave her an infection. When she called for help, the desk ignored her call and never returned her call. She went 4 days in pain. Once the doctor actually called, he cancelled the surgery on her 3 days before. Called my mother a hostile patient over the phone. So much disrespect to women. I would look for other doctors.

It was very fun, the service and kind politeness from the workers there were so great and so funny, such amazing kind humour filled with talent most of the dentists there look like college instructors ??. In overall it's very neat an clean and tidy very simple and small. The waiting is quick. That's how you there good with there jobs. They are so speedy and fast it's like nothing happened. 10/10 would recommend this to other family and friends so they can recommend ever more!

Dr. Goetz is not only a fantastic dentist, but also a very personable individual! I enjoy catching up with Dr. Goetz whenever I stop by and I truly feel that I am a valued customer! Smiles of Aurora is an awesome Dental office. The entire staff is always very friendly. My hygienist, Hiba is amazing! They will let you know what your insurance covers before proceeding. Dr. Goetz is a great dentist. I would highly recommend him.

Over the past few years he has turned the practice from an outdated office to a state of the art dental experience with more to come. To say that he makes you feel comfortable would be an understatement. He always greets you with a smile and explains everything in detail. When Dr Goetz came into the hygiene room to review my xrays and discussed his findings he was very pleasant. My hygienist had my teeth cleaned and she explained why and what she was doing. Dr. Goetz office is friendly, patient, and they get you in fairly quickly. They text you when you have appointments and call you to remind you. Their customer service is outstanding and they take care great care of their patients. They are prompt in billing and ensure that you only have done what's needed. Their office is clean and family friendly.

WOW, IMPRESSIVE, CARING and very into FAMILY. Dr Goetz and his new staff bring new life to an old practice. Love all the changes to staff, decor, attitudes, etc! Staff is friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Have seen two new hygienists and both are gentle, well educated and professional. Dr Goetz is young, but highly skilled, cares deeply for his patients and their pocketbook and nice to look at! I have never liked going to the dentist, but travel 40+ miles to see this wonderful new team

My wife, myself and my 4 kids have been going to Dr. Goetz for almost a year. We find him to be very professional, thorough and reasonably priced. I have had some extensive work done and it has been excellent. One of my kids had fillers put in and he again was very efficient and cognizant of my family's budget.
