a minute agoNEW My husband went here for bridge placement. First, they sent him home with a temporary bridge that didn't fit. He was in pain for a week. Then, he went in to see if they could re-fit it and they told him it was fine (still in pain). THEN he went in for his permanent bridge and IT DIDN'T FIT and they had to reorder a new one that he has STILL not received a month later. Today, in the poorest form of customer service I have heard of from a supposed business professional...his temporary bridge fell out. When he called to let them know, they told him that their dentist went home sick and that there was no staff available for his EMERGENCY DENTAL SITUATION and told him...I still can't even believe this...to go to a pharmacy and buy some Polident and PUT IT BACK IN HIMSELF. I can't even believe the incompetence of this dentist office. SAVE YOURSELVES and DO NOT choose this dentist.

Dr. Anderson is amazing. She is gentle and well educated. Her practice offers 20% discounts on all procedures when you join her 'club' for $49.00 a year. This is fantastic for seniors like me who only have Medicare. Medicare does not cover dental work. Her discount made her price points more affordable than other dental offices in Boiling Springs. I simply love her. I also look for businesses that have a practiced diversity when hiring. You can see her employees come from many ethnicities and backgrounds. Everyone there was of the highest caliber and made me feel comfortable. For the record I am physically disabled as well as mildly autistic. I love Dr. Anderson! D. L. Lovell 11/2/20
