Dr. Ong is a great and caring doctor who will go the extra mile for his patients. The only downside is that he is stretched very thin with a large patient load and daily hospital rounds. Be ready to wait a LONG time if you have an appointment at his office. His office staff regularly triple stacks patients and you will wait hours after your appointment time to see him. If you arrive late you will be rescheduled unless you are friends with the staff. Friends get priority and often cut in line.
