I was diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis ( IC ), 3 years after being treated by Dr. Gerrard. His lack of diagnosis resulted in My having to have bladder replacement surgery, which has taken away My 40 year career. I cannot lift more than 10 lbs, cannot enjoy hobbies like baseball, golf, bowling, running ETC. He had 3 years to get it right. Didn't even suggest a diet ( By the time I got a second opinion, it was too late to save the bladder ) it would have saved my bladder. Some Doctors do NOT believe in IC and He's one of them. I only gave 1 star because there isn't an option for ZERO stars..

Did not explain ANY options to me before doing a 12 core biopsy, I found later that a M.R.I. with a contrast would have pinpointed exactly where the cancer cells were.

Lied about new contrast not hurting as much and not causing problems like the old. Threatening-ish follow up letter. Won't look you in the eyes once you disagree with him. Did nothing for the pain.
