I have had Dr. Jensen for 20 plus years. He is very professional, very courteous and his care for me has been greatly appreciated.

Dr. Jansen has been my primary provider for more than twenty years. I don't mind going to immediate care if my condition requires attention now. But, with a non-urgent issue that I have been working on with several different immediate care providers, I feel that I should be able to see Dr. Jansen within a week. It took over a month for me see Dr. Jansen. I think his support should do better than that.

Dr Jansen makes you feel like he is very concerned about your physical and mental health.

Dr. Jansen seems to "know" me beyond just the Patient/Doctor relationship. We always revisit issues that had been of concern during past visits. His advice has always been consistent and it is obvious that he comes in prepared to carry on with anything that had been discussed in the past.

With Covid and the recent retirement of 3 doctors on my health care team, I really appreciate Dr Jansen's consistent care and caring.

Dr. Jansen is a caring professional. I am taking his advice seriously and hope to have better results after my next blood test. He is motivating me to take my health more seriously.

I have been with the Doctor for 40 years so he knows me. Sometimes he is a bit more cautious but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Would like to have lab work prior to the appointment so we could discuss the results.

Ed listens intently to my comments, is very present with me when there, and explains thoroughly as is needed, any questions I have. We do not waste time, but I do not feel rushed, either. He does an excellent job of patient management.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jansen for more than 30 years and I have always been more than satisfied with his medical treatment and advice. During this session, only, I felt "pushed." I felt that he was "hurried." I perceive that the brevity of my annual examination is a result of the Covid situation and pressure from hospital administration about the amount of time given to annual examinations. Honestly, it made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't feel at ease discussing all that was on my mind. I didn't want to take up Dr. Jansen's time and make him late for his next appointment and thus I didn't accomplish all that I wanted to accomplish. Part of my feeling is my fault, but part is the atmosphere created by what I perceive is pressure from hospital administration about the amount of time the doctor spends on annual exams. I would be happy to discuss this further, if there is an interest.
