I had a mva while on my way 2 work. My sternum & ankle were crushed. Dr Jonassen happend 2 b n the hospital. He cared fr me one on one! I had no infections or problems! God sent him 2 me & I've been blessed! His staff & all of ASMC have been angels n my life!

Dr Jonassen did a hip replacement on my husbands knee in March and my husband just kicked my butt in our tennis match today. He was very professional and he made sure that his leg length matched his other leg. If I ever need a new hip I hope Dr Jonassen can do mine!

Wouldn't let me ask questions, never stopped talking. Droned on and on and on...even about things that had nothing to do with why I was there. Very disappointed. I was there over an hour and 20 minutes and had he not repeated himself 55 times, I would've been out within 30 minutes. Then he says I need to see Dr. Hunter. Poor recommendation by the scheduler. He also doesn't look at you when he's talking. His eyes are shut 90% of the time . Worst patient / Dr interaction I've ever seen.

He did both my knees (one at a time) at the Salida hospital. Both times it went great. I couldn't give him higher marks all around.
