Dr. Edward F Kirk

I've been to Dr Kirk before and he's repaired a tooth under an emergency. He provided great service and I was impressed. But, recently when I tried to transfer to him I received horrible service from the assistant who answered the phone. She said she would call me back on the following Tuesday (I called on a Friday) after she had checked my insurance. She was in no way customer service oriented or professional when talking. I waited over 2 weeks and no return phone call. I called again today and when she answered there was no identification as to what office I was calling or who I was talking to. I asked her if this was Dr Kirk's office. She asked who was calling and I replied with my name and that I was calling to setup an appt for a cleaning and checkup. She said she was booked until 4 months out. I said OK and that I would look somewhere else. It's not the late date of an appt but the fact that it displays a lack of care for the people he serves. They emergency scheduled my Wife to replace a lost crown. Got us in about the time they said they would. Excellent job. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. We highly recommend them.

Good people, caring people

My family and I have been seeing Dr Kirk for 15 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else for all our dental needs. The staff is always wonderful as well..

Today I went into the my appointment to have dental work done. I am a huge chicken when it comes to shots. Dr Hooper gives the most painless shots I was pretty scared his nurse Diane was super supportive and kind during the shot. Diane worked with me to make my crown the same day. She did an excellent job. I wear a partial and it fit perfect due to her skills. I have never walked out of a dental office so happy in my life. Diane and Dr. Hooper made me feel so comfortable. If you are looking for a great dentist with kind caring assistant this is the dental office to go to especially if you fear the shot. Thank you so much Dr. Hooper and Diane for the care you gave me. Jessica the Dental Hygienist was so nice and made me feel comfortable and I immediately knew I was in great hands! She was very good at answering my questions and concerns, made it easy for me to understand what was going on! Loved her personality! Mayra waved at me and asked how I was doing- I liked how she noticed me and gave me a good vibe! She’s amazing! Unlike when I was exiting my appointment the front desk receptionist was kind of rude :/ I didn’t like the fact that when she asked me if I wanted to schedule my 6 month appointment and I said I was going to talk to my mom first, she said “but you’re 18”.. Because I’m 18 doesn’t mean I’m really on my own when I still live with my parents. I still consult with my mom in regards of medical care. Studying in the medical field and having work experience as a receptionist I know for a fact that I wouldn’t state to a person if their 18 or not and what they should be doing on their own.. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I have been going to this Dental office for years, since my childhood. Just wanted to state this. Thank you! Amazing team overall. Dr. Kirk and his staff provided the best dental experience I have ever had. Friday of Memorial day weekend I had a dental emergency and they took me without an appointment. I ended up needing to have a wisdom tooth removed and they did it while I was there. Dr. Kirk is very knowledgable and very friendly. He explained what needed to be done and how the process would transpire. There was minimal discomfort and he took the time to show me the tooth once extracted and explain the damage to it.

Dr Kirk and his staff are very efficient. Very accommodating with scheduling. Fast, efficient and comfortable services.

I arrived from out of state in need of help and they immediately worked me into their busy schedule. Everyone was pleasant, service was efficient. And the same, 3 days later when I needed help again. Can't beat this office!

Doctor Kirk is amazing, I have a phobia of dentists and he really put me at ease. The staff was friendly and the environment very comfortable. They got me in quickly and the wait was minimal.

I had a tooth go bad over the weekend and not being from around the area didn't know where to go, my wife saw a advertisement in the Wickenburg advertisement flyer and I checked Dr Kirk out on the internet and decided to check them out. They are fantastic staff is excellent and Dr Kirk is one of the best and most of all I didn't have to wait, he did a root canal that afternoon and by the next morning I couldn't even tell I had a problem. Thank you Dr Kurt and Staff

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Kirk for several years. He and his staff are very caring and when you have one of those "Dental Emergencies" he will always find a way to get you scheduled and in the door fast. If you're looking for the best dentist in Wickenburg, you've come to the right place!
