Wonderful!!

I haven't been there since I was about 10 years old. I went there today and they greeted me with open arms and treated me as if I was family. Thank you for your hospitality!

I came here with a friend to have her children seen. She didn’t have one of their insurance cards. Now I know you can look up insurance in the system and can been seen the same day. I have done it multiple times. At the doctor and then dentist because I didn’t receive my insurance card in the mail yet. And some places will see you and bill the insurance later. Now maybe it’s just this particular dentist that won’t, but in that case just politely say you can’t. The woman at the front desk was completely rude about the situation and cut my friend off and told her she’s not listening to her shut up and listen, she said. Then proceeded to tell her she can’t make another appointment until she physically has the insurance card in her hand and wouldn’t let her reschedule until she had the card, continued to be rude. She also didn’t know what she was talking about. Talking about the removal of her child’s molars that she didn’t even get yet! Worst experience in my LIFE! Oh and I can’t forget she has some crazy hair. There are also no toys or play room for children. Only books. So if you plan on going(which I don’t recommend) but if you have no choice, bring something for the little ones to Keep Content. And good luck. I came here with a friend to have her children seen. I love the work u have on my son teeth ?I think two of his teeth r lose.

the man is awful doesn't clean your teeth always coming up with excuses i don't recommend him for not even 1 visit

The old lady at the front desk was actually crazy. I said politely i think your call fowarding is on it rings twice and keeps sending me to voicemail when i called for directions. The old hag yelled at me saying they never had call forwarding. I called it and it rang she said it didnt ring all day. So i showed her my 6 calls on my phone and she starting bitching about being with a patient. The old lady at the front desk was actually crazy. STRANGEST medical experience ever; the dentist will not talk to you -- seriously, not one word; he passes all info through his wife who is profoundly rude & unprofessional; her hair is always dyed a new neon shade -- electric blue, yellow, orange; not that this should matter, but when one presents oneself as a clown, one really should SMILE and be POLITE. Switched to Kurzinsky just down the road; he does a great job at a great price and his staff is polite. Three times I had my appointments they weren't there, they try to stretch out appointments to get you in more, and are unpatient and will cancel your appointment if 10 minutes or so late.
