Dr. Kowaleski is my PCP. My appointments with Dr. Kowaleski have been focused and productive. I believe him to be competent , professional and efficient.

Love the Doctor and the office and everything about the practice.

My uisband went for a physical which is covered 100% and had a discussion with him about something her had previously seen him about and coded the visit as a physical and a conversation outside the scope of the physical. You would think that since a physical is about overall health that if your asking about something you talked about before that would not be a problem. Because he did that it left us with a $1320 out of pocket balance. He’s just trying to make extra money working part time and doesn’t care about the patient. So retire!! Instead of cheating your patients. Oh, and he never told him that he was being charged extra only found out after an appeal. We will never go to BANNER ever again. I feel sorry for elderly people who do!!

I've seen him 3 times. No long wait in the office. Convenient location. No rush, a good listener, asked if I had further questions. Good discussion about my health, tests. I recommend him.
