Extremely upset with this practice. The front office staff is rude, not helpful, and unpleasant to deal with. The office has used bad (incorrect) medical billing practices and blames it on the wonderful Affordable Care Act - not true; and just used as a flimsy excuse. Have used the practice for a few years, but it has deteriorated over the last couple of years, and will never be back there for their services. Not recommended at all.
