visits are always quick less than 10 minutes - only addresses one complaint at a time - sometimes does not give meds according to directions - is friendly and caring but also won't give opiate pain meds if in hospital and needed, sweet doctor but rushed practice

Dr. Perez is a very good clinician and has never steered me wrong. He has a kind personality and spends as much time with me as I need.

I just moved to this area and had to find a new doctor. Dr. Perez was wonderful! I'm so glad I chose him. His experience, compassion, ability to explain so we can all understand, and his true passion of helping his patients is a blessing!
