Unbelievably unprofessional They tell you to get there 20 minutes before your appointment but they were closed I'm talking to the nurse telling her what's bothering me she stops me in the middle of the story and says hey I'm going to get the nurse that actually going to do your physical. Well she didn't want to do a physical she wanted me to go outside and talk to her on the phone because I'm claustrophobic and don't want to wear a mask and I discussed that for an over an hour with the office management when I made the appointment a week ago and the hour that I had been there the doctor who is not taking new patients and so I have to see the RN even though the doctor was assigned to me so I've been in the office for an hour the doctor had seen me didn't say anything about wearing them at not wearing a mask the intake nurse had seen me and been with me for 20 minutes and then not send anything about him that the receptionist office manager had seen me I'd filled out the paperwork for 20 minutes and not said anything about wearing a mask now the lady that's supposed to look down my throat and do a physical wants me to put a mask on? she had no idea what she was supposed to do with me when she was talking on the phone she just immediately started prescribing medicine even though she didn't know what was wrong there are eight major health issues that I wanted to discuss with a RN at least or a doctor I have not seen one in five years and I still have not seen one utterly worthless wasted my entire day drove 100 miles for nothing Unbelievably unprofessional They tell you to get there 20 minutes before your appointment but they were … More

I think Dr. Rader is great. Wonderful at diagnosis and very caring. He’s a little bit exciteable during visits, but he’s worth it!
