Most unprofessional person won’t even call her a doctor. Would never recommend her to anyone

Medicare gets excessive charged for, counseling such as weight management, smoking, neither one of these discussions ever come up. Discussions on everything that you do not ask to be there for, then excessive charges. Last November, I got the flu shot, nurse accidentally jabbed my arm, for 2 weeks trying to drive my semi, I had severe pain, and could not lift my left arm, with weakness.. (and I do understand accidents) When I got back, it was the way the Doctor Buffer spoke to me that was so disturbing.. She asked me the pain level, and I said 9, And she said "so you're dying!" (I told her it's because I cannot escape the constant pain) "My nurse did not stab you under your armpit did she?!" CONDESCENDING, SHE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME. I left CRYING, and went to the ortho clinic.. The doctor said I had a Frozen shoulder! I literally had to take physical therapy when I could get off the truck. Went in there to get medication refills, Yet the doctor put on my permanent records that I am non-compliant with medication! After 3 weeks of waiting for lab work With a suspected UTI, I was told negative. Then I got really sick with the UTI.. And had to go to an urgent care clinic.. Stated I was non-compliant with needing a mammo, waited 3 weeks for the nurse to schedule, she never did. Harassing about the covid jabs, several visits turns into a big argument. My time is extremely limited for medical care Because I'm out of state most of the time. Can't find another permanent doctor, Cuz she has destroyed my records With nasty accusations. ???? Dr. Buffler is a personable doctor. Excellent listener. But I left the office and had to go somewhere else to get help. I went to Fast Pace, was in and out in 20 minutes with a steroid shot and now I'm fine. When I left the Rogersville clinic, I had a Covid test, strep test and pain pills that kept me up all night. The worst part is all the deliberation you must go through to see her and get in and out. I can't imagine how they would handle a roomful of waiting patients, and I will not be finding out.

Today I went and they were working in the parking lot (because they were locked out) every time I go there is always some excuse as to why they cant open or why they are late opening, and the two people working today ended up in a SCREAMING match at me! I do not recommend this doctor Elizabeth Buffler. I sat in the waiting room for literally 2 hours then back in the room for another 2 hours before ever getting seen by her. I was literally in there for 4 hours. She is very very slow and likes to talk to others while your waiting to be seen. My husband was just up there he had a appartment that was at 2:00pm we waiting for a hours n half for him to be seen and nothing so ofcourse we walked out and came straight home. I have never been treated so unprofessionaly at a doctors office before. I was told at 12 and again at 1 that they are about to go on an hour lunch break. I also had to burn a lunch break to go to the doctor. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I went in for a head cold got 2 shots one in each side of my butt. They hurt for 2 weeks and I just got a bill for a total of $259.68 this is a scam and I will not go back. Be careful going to this place.

Do not go here. Every time I go, the nurse practitioner is more concerned with everything but the problem I am experiencing at the moment. At today's visit, she barely listened to my lungs only to tell me that my lungs sound clear. I have been coughing my brains out for days now, and cannot get any relief. She prescribes me antibiotics but tells me not to take them unless I get "sicker" and then prescribes Mucinex DM which I have already been taking for the duration of my illness, and if she had stopped for ten seconds to ask me what medications i had already tried, she would have known this.They need an actual doctor in that building, not a glorified nurse. This is not a review of Elizabeth Buffler, because she is no longer there. I am referring to Stephanie Weems! Edit: I've had yet another incident with Ms. Weems. I called yesterday to request a refill of a medication that I have been on for almost a year now. I have been on the same dosage of this medication during the entire duration of taking it. When I went to get it filled at the pharmacy, she had cut my dose in HALF. Two other nurse practitioners at this clinic had NO problem writing or renewing this prescription. There was no call to explain her reasoning for these changes. I'm telling you, if this business doesn't do something about her, they will be losing TONS of patients. She abuses her position there. I will not be going back to this clinic ever again. I will find another doctor who doesn't change the dosing of my medication without even telling me. Do not go here. Would not refer this person to anyone, would not call her a Doctor. Uncaring, unprofessional

She has no bedside manners. She is very rude and is verbally abusive. I would never go to her again and I do not advise anyone to see her. She has no clue what she is talking about and insults not only you but your previous physians as well.

She HAS no bed side manner at all.She likes to over step her bounds with her ugly options and want she doesn't even know about..She don't care about her patients feeling's.My daughter and I was her patient in Rogersville al in the end of 2011.I wouldn't wish the likes of her on my worst enemy.And the Dr office sit up what's with that .do they not know what their even doing.can they not be an doctor with out sitting on the computer typing.instead of talking to our faces .We don't like any Dr that do that .It makes the doctor look like they don't know what they are doing. 'WHAT A JOKE!' THE ONLY THING THAT THEY HAVE GOING GOOD FOR THEM ARE:THE LADY THAT CHECKS YOU IN AND THE NURSE YOU FIRST TALK TO.THEY ARE BOTH A FOUR!
