Dr. Elizabeth Joyce Russell

I was VERY disappointed in Dr Russell & will not see her again. I was a new patient, first appt, waited almost 45 for her to come in & sec appt, even longer. First appt, she didn’t take the time to hear everything that I had complaints about (she only talked about one issue) & sec appt, though I was there for one thing, which she was no help & told me I should just quit my job instead of actually trying to figure out what was wrong & made me feel stupid for complaining about this certain issue. I was also in the middle of a major panic attack that she witnessed & when I asked for help, she told me to make another appt! She didn’t at all seem to care & her about me section is all BS if you ask me, saying what you want to hear. Both me & my grandma are new to GreenBay & was going to make an appt for her to see Dr Russell but that won’t happen. How can a Dr see you in the middle of a panick attack & not care & tell you to make another appt for it?

Dr. Russell is my children's and my Doctor. She is very thorough, listens to concerns, and addresses any concerns. She stood by and helped me get into treatment and knows this day how long iv been sober, she found my cancer and moved quickly and saved my life. There's none better than her. I'm blessed.

Dr. Russell is very friendly and thorough. Thanks to her persistence she caught my cancer very early and likely saved my life.

Dr. Russell was filling in for my regular provider and was tasked with filling a prednisone prescription for my polymialgia rhumatica. Dr. Russell did not feel comfortable with the request and left me without the (life threatening) required medication prescription for five days without calling me or having her staff call me with the explanation. This is derelict of duty and exemplifies her arrogant approach to patient needs. I would avoid this doctor.

Dr. Russell is good at what she does, I never felt at ease whenever she was around. She has a sternness about her that made me nervous, and a bedside manner had me in tears on one occasion. I possess an aversion to doctors as it is, so I really need a doctor that displays more compassion and understanding. Add to this that she never failed to arrive more than 10 minutes late to my appts.. I often felt that she wasn't listening to me, and that she generalized my concerns or made assumptions.

Doctor Russel is the primary for all of our children. She is wonderful, she takes the time to listen to the children, and is able to give me answers. She is quick and to the point, which I very much appreciate. My girls love her, as well as Nurse Patty. The Nursing staff is one of the best. They work hard to ensure that my girls are healthy and taken care of.
