Dr. Ella Kerzhner

If mean and unprofessional was a person. Very horrible experience she talked down to me and my children and lacked empathy. She spoke very loud while explaining my personal business and failed to follow patient privacy and HIPAA guidelines. This I know cause I’m a Medical Assistant. I will not refer a wild animal let alone any of my friends or family. The worst dental office experience I’ve ever encountered. I will not be back! Only giving one star cause I can’t give no stars, and the wait time was decent.

Very unprofessional she was more worried about me not making my visits then telling me my whole mouth is infected then have to go somewhere else to get my tooth pulled and it’s gonna be a month so thank you but no thank you your unprofessional

I am very unhappy with Dr. Ella. My daughter is 11 and terrified of the dentist. They told me they were doing xrays and I could come into room with her. When I asked if her X-ray was done I was told by the rude receptionist that the dr will examine my daughter without me and I will be notified what happens. My child was in tears and came out with her tooth pulled out and multiple fillings

Terrible dentist. Put in a crown that was way too large on top of an incomplete root canal where an infection began because she had no clue what she was doing. Find someone else. I cannot believe the incompetence of Dr. Kerzhner.

This is the worst Dentist I have ever experienced. I only went to her because my regular Dentist was no longer in my plan. I have never seen a Dentist that handles their own Admin, plus insurance coding, and every aspect of the Office. She is greedy, will tell you things you really don't need, the more they cost, the better because she scams the Insurance companies since she does all the office billing, she is a liar, and is in desperate need for up-to-date equipment. The hygienist spends the bare minimum of time on your cleaning, this place is awful. I already knew I needed a crown before I went to her, but she also said I needed a "root canal", (same tooth) that was in Mar., this is now Oct., and I am STILL having problems. If another Dentist tells me anything is wrong with this tooth, I WILL sue her. My advice is, if you can, find someone else. Do NOT trust this woman and her ancient equipment, and NO Office staff.

Very professional

Very unprofessional. Ella & her hygienest definitely make things worse then they are. Anything to rob you or your insurance. A long wait to be told I need four crowns. I saw another dentist to find out the whoppers I was told. I got laser fillings, no crowns needed. She doesn't offer laser. She needs updated equipment. Her dental assistant is very kind and sweet. The rest of them run.

Dr. Kerzhner is an exemplary dentist. She has done an amazing job with all of my dental work and I couldn't happier. I fully recommend her!
