Staff pleasant, professional,and non- judgemental.

Dr.Botros seems to be a very compassionate physician with a friendly and caring attitude as well as his staff so far so good.

So far had 1 in-person visit which was a referral. Dr. Botros was warm, inviting and put me at ease. He communicates issues very well with comparisons one will understand for the non-medical person/patient.

Friendly caring staff, using the utmost professionalism. Venue is attractive and Comfortable while being extremely clean with sanitation efforts continually demonstrated. Dr.Botros is very knowledgeable and professional and treats patients very kindly with a gentle manner. I would strongly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Botros is knowledgeable, compassionate and explains things fully. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Botros is a very nice man, a patient clinician and an informative teacher. I was impressed with the time he took to explain my mother’s condition and what the plan of action was.

Knowledgeable, respectful, compassionate physician who values my time and input in my own care plan. Staff are considerate of my time as well. I always have a positive experience when I see him. I would highly recommend Dr Botros and staff.

He diagnosed my interstitial lung disease several years ago and he has been my pulmonologist ever since. He is a kind and caring physician. He is generous with his time and a patient listener and explainer. Unfortunately, his staff is generally very slow to follow up, if they do at all. Sometimes I get a strong sense that he hasn't even seen important test results, and I rarely get them. One of his assistants shamed me for poor prior life choices that likely contributed to my illness. That's unacceptable. So, with regret, I'm looking for a new specialist and can't honestly recommend him.

Dr. Botros is thorough and kind. He answers all questions and listens carefully. I am pleased to be his patient.

Have for years and will do so as long as Dr Botros is practicing

He has been my pulmonologist for a number of years. Beyond his medical expertise, he is warm and caring.

Initial visit.followup interrupted by the virus. He is one of those doctors who seems to be pleased you will be a patient of his. I was pleased to become a patient of his. Initial impression: very, very smart and caring.

My mother-in-law has been hospitalized or in a sub-acute rehab facility (two different hospitals and two different rehab facilities) for the past three months and Dr. Botros was the first physician who actually saw and treated her as a whole person. She has had some excellent care, but everyone is so specialized. Not only is he concerned about her lungs, he is concerned about the human being housing those lungs! Kind and compassionate, Dr. Botros has made a real difference in her care.

was a regular patient. Had a respiratory emergency and could not get in for a month & a half. Had to find another Dr. Even had primary care Dr call him to get me in. Wonderful beside manner but not worth anything if you cannot be seen.
