The picosure provider is so funny, she said she is uncomfortable for talking with me, just because of I ask her some details about treatment, such as which handle she will use during the treatment, and how many pauses will be used for 1 treatment. It is not cheap for 1 time treatment. Some places will cheating customers ,only spend 10 mins, use less pauses, but charge same price. It is reasonable for ask details before treatment. Some place charge $600 for 1 time treatment, use focus handle for 2000+ pauses. Here is cheaper, but she doesn't want to let me know how many pauses she will use. I would give zero stars if possible. My acne recently took a turn for the worse. I started getting cystic acne along with other blemishes. I worked very hard to build up a little confidence, telling my self “it’s not that bad” and reminding myself that it’s nothing to be ashamed of. Dr.Tanghetti quickly tore down all of that confidence with his rude remarks and savior attitude. I wish I would have walked out on my appointment, but I was desperate to get a cyst treated, which he did treat. I left feeling absolutely terrible about the way I looked. The hydro-facial with Rahnie was an excellent experience. She is skilled in her craft. The ambience was relaxing; in the end my skin looked and felt great.

My sister went in for consultation and She was told their laser procedure is not for OLIVE skin.

Such a waste of time. I went in for a follow up appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 7:45am. I was checked in right away but that was the only thing that was quick. I waited in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes. I was called back to a room and waited nearly another 25 minutes. I was finally seen at 8:40 nearly one hour after my appointment was scheduled. My check up was literally less than 5 minutes. He came in said everything looked great asked if I had any questions and then went on his way. I really wish I would have just walked out. The doctor also gives me creep vibes he makes me uncomfortable. He kept looking down at my chest when speaking to me. Amazing bedside manner with thorough attention and observations. When I came to see Dr. Tanghetti I was desperate for assistance with a condition I have been suffering with for 10 years. Although he was not able to help me with my initial condition (laser treatment), he was able to explain why alternative methods may be a better choice and referred me to a specialist that may be able to assist me further. However, I was very impressed that he observed other skin conditions that I had not even made an appointment for and attend it to those conditions as well. I had saw Dr. Parsons a couple of days before and she was very rude and dismissive to my concerns which left me on a continuing quest for answers and help. Rude and horrible bedside manner. Seems like a competent doctor, but needs to work on how he talks to Patients...and have more patience. Demonstrated no empathy and made very rude remarks when I showed him my skin concerns. Also was impatient and in/out very quick.

Must try the hydrofacial process. My acne is out of control, but with the hydrofacial process you could see the before and after difference. My face looks and feels so clean after it’s done. Ask for Bryne she’s the greatest.

Dr. Tanghetti and his staff removed several large tattoos for me. I was very happy with the service, it took a while but it was well worth it I have no visible marks left from the tattoo removal.

After having a squamous cell carcinoma removed from my face a couple of years prior I asked my primary care provider (PCP) for a referral to a dermatologist for a check to include what I though were several suspicious looking moles on my back. My PCP told me he could do the exam himself. He looked me over and told me I had nothing to worry about because he had seen many melanomas during his career and nothing I had looked suspicious. I did not feel good about his exam and asked a physician friend who he would recommend. He stated that Dr. Tanghetti was unequivocally the best dermatologist I could hope to find. I saw Dr Tanghetti who biopsied a mole on my shoulder which turned out to be a melanoma in situ requiring further excision to get wider clear margins. His diligence in recognizing and biopsing this "mole" quite literally probably saved my life, and at the very least has bought me many more years of life. His clinical skill in recognizing pathology is unmatched. I have since moved 900 miles north to Washington and still make the trip every 6 months to see Dr Tanghetti. I am a retired RN and have seen at least a half dozen other dermatologists for a variety of skin problems, and none of them come close to the level of skill that Dr Tanghetti has. He spent maybe 2 minutes in the room w me, immediately suggested a prescriptions drug without asking me one question. Im 48 w a hormonal pimple every now and then, also some hyperpigmentation. I went in to have an odd looking mole removed from my scalp. I had never even had stitches before and I was freaked out but Stacy Williams put me at ease. I didn't feel a thing and they didn't even have to shave a spot on my head. And when they took the stitches out, I didn't feel a thing either. Great experience.

My family has been coming to Dr. Tanghetti for over 20 years. He first treated my daughter for psoriasis when she was 15 and by the time she graduated from high school she was almost clear of it. He treats my husband for skin issues and he questioned a spot on my face that I thought nothing of since I thought it was an old chicken pox scar. It turned out to be a pretty aggressive skin cancer that had to be surgically removed. Had I not gone for my yearly check up with him it could have been much worse. He is an amazing doctor!!!! At each visit he is friendly, thorough, quick, and has a no non-sense approach to skin care. He also always asks about my family which means a great deal to me. Using Dr. Tanghetti's office for Tattoo removal. It was the only location in Sacramento area using the Picosure Laser. So far all the colors that we were told wouldn't come off with other lasers, are gone using the Picosure just as they said would occur. Couldn't be happier with the results.
