My experience there is wonderful and I'm still going there as of today. The staff is nice never did or said anything to me out the way,and Doctor Rehberg help you and explain everything to you an really listen to what u say,all stars for me

After taking a day off work and driving over an hour I arrived at the location of your business 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment but there was no signage on your place of business indicating you had an office from the road. I called your office and an employee hung up on me when I requested directions. I then called your office back and after being on hold for a while your employee was finally willing to give me directions. I came to the unmarked building and reported for my appointment approx. 25 minutes early and indicated I had already filled out all of the paperwork after downloading it online. After 15 minutes your employee said you refused to medically treat me after previously agreeing to. I indicated to your employee how unprofessional this behavior was. The employee indicated she was only doing what the owner told her to do. I am not certain if the unprofessional manner in which you treated me was due to bias towards disabled veterans or you treat everyone like this

This is the worse hospital from staff up to doctors ...This doctor has no concerns for her patients and very bad bedside manners. I would never recoend this hospital to anyone for anyone reason ...They over doses my child and was very negligent .

Wants to charge someone a 100.00 deposite when ur on disability just to see her. I will be reporting her and her office.

Dr. Rehberg is a really nice and knowledgeable doctor. I enjoyed being her patient. She helped me maintain and get some control over my asthma. I’m sad to say her front desk staff is the reason I’m no longer seeing her. The last time I was in her office I was rudely greeted that morning! Instead of being greeted with a good morning I was rudely told, “YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO BE HERE AT 7:30”. Then the staff member went on to tell me how many appointments I missed, rescheduled, was late for, and that I was almost on the re-entry list all while another patient was listening. That was very unprofessional and embarrassing. No one in her office has ever treated me this way. I’m sure nothing will be done because I feel as though her employee’s words will carry more clout than mine. Dr. Rehberg is a really nice and knowledgeable doctor. I enjoyed being her patient. I love Dr. Rehberg and her staff. She has been my pulmonologist since she first came to Sylacauga. She is very caring and compassionate with her patients and actually listens to what they have to say. I recommend anyone in need of a pulmonologist to see Dr. Rehberg, you will not regret it. My husband and I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Rehberg. She is very knowledgeable, take her time with you, stays focused and studies individual cases, has a wonderful bedside manner, and is overall one of the best physicians we have ever been cared by. Sylacauga is blessed to have her! We also love her staff and the cleanliness of her entire office.

Dr Rehberg is well-trained, compassionate, & skilled. Any patient would be blessed to be under her care.

I have been with Dr. Rehberg almost from the very beginning of her Sylacauga practice. We changed offices three or for times before locating in her current location. From the very beginning she very honestly told me she would be studying all of my symptoms. We finally came to a workable solution not long after that visit. She has always been compassionate and she listens. Something I admire very much. Her nurse practitioner Lindsey is very informed about pulmonary medicine. I trust both with my very bad asthma. Absolutely wonderful. Thoughtful, caring. Always listens to your concerns. Explains in detail so you understand. Staff thoughtful, friendly and always helpful. I have been seeing her since 2012. You are a person to her not just another file with a name on it.

I am a new patient but Dr. Greenberg spent a lot of time with me on my first visit and actually listened to me. I truly appreciated that. Today, following a really bad asthma attack, I was told I could come in as soon as I could be there. The staff is wonderful and took very good care of me. A huge shout out to them and I would, and have, recommended Dr. Rehberg to others.
