I've seen Dr. Erturk many times. I've always had to wait well over an hour past my appointment time, and then when I finally do get to see him, he's very abrupt to the point of rudeness, doesn't listen, and is always in a tremendous hurry to rush me out the door. I don't trust him and would rather have anyone else as a doctor, but unfortunately, he has seemed to have the monopoly on local kidney stone treatment for years. I pray for the day that he retires.

I had been suffering for years with chronic kidney stones, Dr Erturk did do surgery one 1 because it was blocking my urine. About a couple of months after that I started having the same symptoms. I ended up in the E.R and was told I had another kidney stone but it was small enough to pass, they told me to schedule my appointment with my Urologist which I did and he told me I didn't have any kidney stones.... well he was wrong because the hospital had found them and after seeing him again I ended back in The E.R. where again they told me I had a couple of kidney stones and I needed surgery again this time... Why Dr Erturk told me i didnt have any Is beyond me. I will never see him again ever.i have switched and things have gotten better... After many tests and smaller surgery Dr. Erturk established that my husband's bladder didn't function. It has now been five years and Dr. Erturk recommended disposable catheters from 180 Medical and it has been a very successful device and he still uses it.

I was Very Happy with Dr. He explained what going to happen, he took out the stone and all was Well. At first, I wasn't sure about him, wasn't too friendly, but the day of surgery, he was very friendly and very nice.

Dr. Erturk kept me waiting a very long time for my first appointment, then ran into the room and barely greeted me. After putting me on medication and telling me to e-mail after a month to say how it's going, I've left three e-mails and a phone message for his nurse over the course of a week and have yet to hear back from either of them. I thought the office staff were great Dr Erturk was also great pinpointed exactly what was wrong and what I had to do. He has a very dry sense of humor and is no nonsense which I really liked.

Beyond horrible. Scheduled for a procedure post stone removal and kidney infection treated at a hospital ED. I thought it was to remove the bag. He disagreed & said it was to remove stones. I said that had already been done. He disagreed but said the bag would be removed too. Woke up to learn there were no stones nor did he remove the bag. Repeated pages for him or staff to come explain why I had a procedure for no reason. After 3 hours it became clear he wasn’t going to come/explain! The worst!

Very talalented and very caring. Goes out of his way to ensure the patient understands what is occurring as well as what is going to occur.

I've been a patient of Dr. Erturk for 14 years now. He has saved my life more than once. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I am very thankful to have found such a competent and knowledgeable doctor! His staff is amazing! I highly recommend this doctor!

Great doctor. Would recommend to anyone.

Doesn't listen to patient, doesn't recall former visit with patient, received staff infection during surgery he performed, when I called office post op and spoke to receptionist to tell them I had signs of infection they dismissed what I had said and told me what I was feeling was normal due to antibiotics. My son was suffering with pain for several months. This doctor did not believe him, told my son "There is nothing wrong with you go home.". We went for another opinion found out he has congential postior urethral valves. Dr Erturk is a horrible man.

I too had lithotripsy which caused fragments to get caught in my eureter. I don't blame the Dr for this happening. However when I returned to his office this week to have my kidney tube removed he acted very unprofessionally. He was sarcastic and arrogant when I insisted the tube come out. It was painful and I kept catching the dangling tubes on things which caused alot of pain. The Dr no doubt has excellent surgical skills but behaves poorly when questioned about the procedures.
