Eric is one of my favorite people to speak to on the professional level. He is intelligent, articulate and personable. Eric has been focusing on men's mental health which is unique to the field though I know that all individuals who are struggling emotionally or with other mental health issues should consider contacting Eric.

Eric went above and beyond what I’ve experienced from a therapist to understand and listen to me, every session. He taught me the importance of the connection between the nervous system and my trauma. He helped me feel safe to go back to the some of the scariest and saddest moments in my life and feel like I thoroughly processed through them. He gave me tools to cope for when I feel similar feelings in the future which is truly invaluable. I will forever be thankful for you Eric!

I had to go to therapy once, and it was kind of like talking to a brick wall. Eric is nothing like that; Eric is a person who has dealt with his demons and found a life mission and helping others do the same. He is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and highly personable.

I would highly recommend Eric as an EFT practitioner. EFT is the tool but you need someone with skill, compassion, empathy and insight to use it to its full potential. Eric has all these qualities. I am so grateful to Eric for the care and professionalism he brings to his work. He is a healer in every part of his being. I was unfamiliar with EFT. With Eric, I have found it to be a gentle yet profound way to access and release/heal old pain and issues that were still running in the background, taking up energy and keeping me from feeling and being my best. This is different than “talk therapy” and possibly a good complement to it. For me, it’s a way to go deeper than I’ve been able to in talk therapy. I attended a workshop held by Eric and was blown away by the results I received in one hour! Eric's calming presence and clear instruction was just what my nervous system needed. I will definitely be using his services again!
