I've been a patient of Dr. Batres MD and Mr. Rivera PAC for many years. Like family. Always a friendly & comfortable visit and i trust them both with my medical care. Their staff are also amazing. It's so important to be happy with your doctor and I'm very happy with them.

Irresponsible - we were notified that someone in their office had tested positive for COVID and we should get tested. We got tested immediately at their lab and were told we would be notified next day. 5:pm and we still have no results. Since this office is where we could have contracted it from, they should have not left until all individuals were notified and given our results. HORRIBLE and inconsiderate.

From my experience not such a good doctor. Doesnt care about your health etc.. gives you based and general responses when you tell him what pain you feel etc... ignores you when you ask so many questions and want to get a certain procedure etc... gotta change my doctor

I wouldn't go near this place. They don't take care of their surgical equipment at all and their autoclave was in shambles. If you have any kind of procedure here involving cutting or an incision, you will almost certainly get sick. Please stay away from here and go to a different doctor.

An amazing facility love the providers and the amazing MAs . Always Happy and super helpful . I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I would NOT go to this man's office. His staff is nice to your face but they are extremely lazy and incompetent. Namely, their autoclave was in shambles and they make little to no effort to decontaminate, clean or disinfect their equipment properly. You are likely to get sick if you have any type of procedure here involving even a small incision or cut.

I have been going to Dr Batres for 31 years. He is a very patient and caring Dr. He listens to what you have to say, and gives a perscription of needed. He has a PPC working there to, Mr Jose Rivera, he is just a good at listening as Dr Batres. So either one would be good to see.
